BITTER GOURD - 3. MEDIUM (350 GM)
SALT (TO MARINATE) - 1.5 + ½ TABLESPOON
ONION - 4, MEDIUM (350 GM)
EDIBLE OIL - 3 TABLESPOON
HING - ¼ TSP
FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 3, SPLIT IN HALF
SALT - ¼ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1.5 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 2 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER - 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
LEMON JUICE - 1 TABLESPOON
