Good morning sir, I am your fan and watch ur every video. Sir, I have some doubt, plz clear it in next video sir.
(1) In cases of reduction to lower grade for an indefinite period, repromotion will be ordered only by the authority competent to promote him in higher grade and disciplinary authority has no role to play in the matter. The statement is true or false.
(2) RS (D&A) Rules-1968 will not apply to - (a) Inspector of GRP (b) Inspector of RPSF (c) Inspector of RMS
(3) If president of india is disciplinary authority, then who will be appellate authority- (a) Vice president (b) President (c) None (d) None of these
