Basically there was a part of the game where you had to shoot the ceiling to progress. There were tons of visual cues such as an enemy in the ceiling above you, the map filling in for the space up there, the background being continuous between where you start and where you're supposed to go. In addition to that, there was an enemy placed so that you'd accidentally shoot the ceiling trying to kill it, every other place you could go was a dead end and the game repeatedly shows and explicitly tells you shooting suspicious areas breaks stuff to help you progress. That's like babies first Metroidvania stuff. David Jaffe has repeatedly tried to prove his point but he's only managed to prove himself wrong every single time. Even Nintendo's twitter account made a reference poking fun at him. Thus the room where you need to shoot the ceiling has been nicknamed the Jaffe room in the Metroid community. TLDR: David Jaffe has a skill issue so there's a room named after him in Metroid Dread.

The only good part of pokemons is soundtrack and some designs, gameplay is incredibly basic which is okay for most ppl but for fans of genre it's eh. The story might as well not exist, balancing is literal dogshit to the point fans have to create their own rules for multiplayer. It's a bit disappointing animations are so terrible compared to other Switch games. I get that you can't animate absolutely every single action in the game but even cutscenes with legendaries are worse than some ps1 games. If you want simple turn based game with collecting monsters, monster hunter stories is objectively better. I can see why it has huge appeal but I just can't play it anymore, these games are just 6/10.

@@rigistroni it isn't, many bosses, especially final bosses have very few occasions to be attacked, and only being able to do it once when you can is a big disadvantage Kirby and the forgotten land has a good mix of fairness and challenge with no abilities but unevolved abilities are also a good way to go Return to dreamland deluxe, star allies and planet robobot are brutal without abilities, and triple deluxe is also a good challenge Lastly, my comment was a joke about how there's no such thing as a "fake gamer game"
Clearly Akechi has not made it to Grandmaster Galaxy Perfect Run, Champions Road, Darker Side of The Moon, Etc. Mario games are not to be scoffed at when they so chose to be difficult
