My favorite part of this video (and all your videos during your pregnancies) is that you’re just GETTING. IT. DONE! There is this misconception that we become fragile or “unable” when we’re pregnant! Mamas get it done....period 💪🏻

I think I am getting close to breaking a commandment and coveting the organization for the office. When you did the slow panning of the drawers, my heart was just like that’s what it should look like. 💕 It really turned out nice.

I know everyone is saying this but THIS IS THE MOST SATISFYING VIDEO I’VE SEEN IN A LONG TIME! My husband and I moved into our first house this past summer. I’m learning to think of everything in my home as “inventory.” The more inventory I have to manage, the more stressful my life is. I’ve been trying to go room my room and only keeping things I actually use. It’s honestly life changing having an organized place to work and live in!!! I’ve been avoiding organizing my pantry but your video has INSPIRED ME!!! 😍😍😍

overwhelmed isn't the half of it - that's my office, but also add my bedroom in there. i have three bookcases, a daybed, two filing cabinets, an executive size desk, three monitors, a scanner, a printer, a postage meter, a "body box" (it's a very old pine hope chest that's big enough to hide a body in), a microwave cart holding the tank for the hermit crab, and, and, and.
the one thing i'm super proud of is that i don't have a dresser. instead, i have an IKEA Billy bookcase - exact one you have there - but i bought a bunch of white wooden square baskets that fit in perfectly and hold all my clothes. i fold them using the Konmarie method and I can literally fit two tall hampers invisibly onto one bookcase. as for the rest of it..... i have one day to figure it out before I'm back to work [bites nails]
one thing that literally just struck me: my desk is HUGE. it's Bombay company and I love it so much. the thing is, it's HUGE. that means the drawer in front of me meant to hold pens and whatnot is also huge. because of the table and printer behind me, i can't open it all the way. so I automatically thought to push the desk forward to give more clearance - but then i thought, if it's just for pens, stapler, and things like that, do i NEED the whole drawer? Frankly, I need the floor space more than the drawer space, so i'm going to get those drawer organizers and flip them upside-down to use as space fillers and prevent everything from shifting all the way to the back of the drawer where I'm just going to forget about them anyway.

Awesome transformation! I love the look of the desk not against the wall, but since I put my computer on the desk, the cords on display would drive me nuts. I'd also probably trip over them. Love the curtains and paint color!
Agree - everything looks great for a desk being used occasionally, but for a real all-day working desk, mine with 2 monitors, a laptop, keyboard, docking station and need somewhere to put a printer, this desk setup would work only if you're open to all of the cords on display, which is not an attractive look.
