    I am watching you and working on my very first diamond painting. Just a small simple beginners piece but I am already hooked.

    I like to work in sections because it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I complete the section

    I am working on La Scale as well. I love to section it off because the canvas is large and instead of one huge goal I have many small goals of finishing sections at a time. Keeps me from getting bored :-)

      It makes me feel more accomplished when I complete small sections at a time, haha :)

    When I work a painting I start from the center and work out, especially with squares. My sections are typically 10x10ish (inches), the size of the silicone release paper I have.
    Great video 💖💎🍀

      Hi Kendra,what benefit is there to working from the center? Just curious, I've thought about doing that but wasn't sure it would work for me. Also, is your silicone release paper reusable? I bought parchment squares for their translucency, but they aren't reusable, and don't stick as well as I'd like. Thanks in advance.

      @@joanz1255 The benefit of working from the center out reduces popping drills. It allows for expansion. It is easier for me to verbalize to process.
      I use "Slick Paper" silicone release sheets available from Amazon. One side shiny and adheres to the glue and the other side is dull, which faces up. Hope this helps. 💗

    I usually like to work cross-country as well, especially with the clear covers, but it also looks like fun to turn out into a game!

    I like to work in sections and I also do the number section on my smaller canvases 40 by 50 and smaller. I used to use a cup and drew the numbers out of it but now also use the number wheel. It is a lot of fun. I even told Rebecca at 4 kids at 147 about me doing the number sections. Now she is doing it only with the wheel. Now as far as you continuing the sections no I think you'll go back to cross country. 😆 😆 Love your videos.

    Are you using wax with your pen when placing diamonds?

    • @Lovecraftforever
      @Lovecraftforever 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. With out wax, your diamonds will not stick to the pen

      It means aurora borealis..they have a coating on them that makes them shinier then other diamonds.
