The issue i have had during the whole season when people would say that ar either was ahead of cc or with cc in the roty conversation was that not only were a substantial percentage of ar's rebounds off her own missed shots but the fact that ar had one of if not the worst shooting percentage in the wnba from within 6 feet. You can have all the rebounds you want but if they dont convert into points is that really helpful to the team? AR to me also did not come off as a team player. How many times did she take multiple shots getting the rebounds yet didnt pass the ball out to an open player. To me ar hindered her team . That's not roty material.
