My daughter is 12 years old never ever has she been interested in any sports, she started watching Iowa lady Hawkeyes this season because of her friends and fell in love with Caitlyn Clark, she has me March 3rd if I could buy her a basketball ball goal so she can learn to play like Clark. Found myself at the sporting goods store the next day, since then she has been outside just shooting and dribbling for hours, even when it’s lightly raining outside. She’s even waiting to tryout for her school’s basketball team next year and I’m so excited. These young women for the Iowa have inspired my baby girl and I couldn’t be prouder. Thank you Iowa and thank you CC22 all the way from Fort Smith Ar.

Im from the Philippines and binge watched Caitlin Clark games since she broke the record from the Logo and brought me to admire the whole team of Iowa Hawkeyes. What a team. What a story. I love this documentary. Cant wait to see the Last Dance featuring Caitlin Clark for 2024. A once in a lifetime experience and a 1 of 1 greatness and charisma that is Caitlin Clark. Cheers 🥂

Jesus Christ what an emotional rollercoaster. 4 weeks ago I never heard of the Hawkeyes, of Caitlin Clark, of the NCAA Championships, and here I am bawling my ass off watching this. More emotional lows and highs of all the Mission Impossible films added together! Thank you to all those who put this film together and for posting it on TH-cam. I look forward to the documentary about the 23/24 season, culminating in Kate's draft pick by LV Aces and interviews with Monica from Budapest!!

I’m a Californian man who’s had zero interest in women’s sports. Until Caitlin Clark; true greatness in sports is a rare thing. And it’s a pleasure, privilege to watch.

Sir, I'm a California woman who's been watching WBB since 1996, and while I'm truly happy that you've come aboard (and hope you stay here), there have been many great players before Clark: Lisa Leslie, Tina Thompson, Tamika Catchings, Chamique Holdsclaw, Diana Taurasi, Maya Moore, Seimone Augustus (my fave--the smoothest jump shot ever), Breanna Stewart and A'ja Wilson are just a few who come to mind. And there will be many more. Clark was in the right place at the right time, and I'm very glad she was.

@@TenaciousStudent With where women's ball was, shit, not even 5 years ago, yea it kinda is. A lot of people's minds have been changed when it comes to women's ball. Including mine.
I remember watching UConn back in the day and those girls would just bully other teams, 104-27 type scores. There was no depth of talent, it was all stacked onto a few teams. If I wanted to watch teenage girls bully each other I'd get a job as a HS janitor.
Game is a lot more stacked and competitive now. Good to see. They're playing high level ball these days and its fun to watch.

I can truly say today that I'm a fan of the Iowa women's basketball team. I knew nothing of CC or this team before April 17. When I first watched the title game on April 17, I became aware of Caitlin Clark's game. It wasn't too many days after when I became a fan of Clark's. However, it was a few months later that I became a fan of the Iowa women's basketball team. In the beginning of this year, I was in a state of depression. Going back watching the incredible season the Lady Hawkeyes had lifted me out of a dark mental place. I really don't know where I'd be today when it comes to my mental health had I not been watching Internet videos of the Hawkeyes historic run to the Final Four and subsequent title game. So, I don't care if anyone who follows this channel believes me. Just because I'm b-l-a-c-k and I'm proud doesn't negate the fact that the Hawkeyes has inspired me to be strong and resilient in the face of adversity!💯😍🏆🏆🏆I see champions! Not everybody gets to do what this team has accomplished since the beginning of their historic season in 2022-2023. Go Hawkeyes!

I now live near DC and just got to see Caitlin and the rest of the ladies play in person against Maryland for the first time last night. It felt special enough that I’m now here binging Iowa and Caitlin videos. 😂😂 Also I have a picture of a pregnant Maryland fan who got a small, pink basketball signed by Clark for her future daughter. I never watch any womens basketball game till I accidentally clicked on the Iowa vs Louisville game last October 2023. I'm not even from the USA.
I'm from the Philippines, and I am now obssessed with Iowa Hawkeyes!
I never actually understand the technicalities of basketball whenever I watch the NBA 😅 But after watching Iowa games I finally had the curiousity to know the abbreviations during game analysis.
Im a fan of volleyball but now Im surprised to say that I may have been liking womens baskeball now than volleyball 😆
Im just sad I wont have the chance to watch Iowa games live. But I will follow their careers in the wnba. 😊 Im now watching other WBB games especially the NCAA.
I wish games will be streamed in youtube I cant watch in their websites because of location/country difference. As of now Im only relying on people who will upload the games here.
So much love for CC my fave player and the Hawkeyes. You will forever be my all time fave in the NCAA you introduced me to womens basketball and that is huge. ❤🎉

Never been a women's basketball fan, but I'm a sucker for highlight videos. Watching Caitlin nail 3-pointers is awesome, but that's just the gateway to appreciating the bigger picture: great team ball. And that's what has really made me a fan of this team: they have gifted players at every position, and they use them all strategically. I especially like to see great passing, and one key to that is putting the ball where only the intended receiver can get it-- Caitlin has that skill, but it relies on teammates with fantastic receiving/finishing ability. Both ends of those passes are top-notch, making for viewing gold. Keep it up, Iowa!

The whole IWBB are so amazing, Just what like the Head coach said, they got the best benches, and especially the starters. They are all great including the coaching staff, you see the way they motivated each and everyone of them are so amazing that's why i agree to the Head Coach about her statement on the last part of this video. Did I expect Iowa to beat South Carolina in the 2023 Final Four? No. But I thought it was possible for them to win if Iowa shot well and did not get killed on rebounding. So what happened? Iowa did not shoot well and got killed on rebounding, yet somehow won anyway. And not only won, but led for 36 minutes of playing time and never trailed by more than one point.

I can't stop to think that the final statement by coach Bluder about a lesson to Amercia beeing second and not making excuse and just owning it was a hint at some of recent political happenings in your country. Which is to say all these pople are really class acts, which I believe most citizens in any country are anyway.

Caitlin has to personally get after players to come play with her at Iowa through high school recruiting and the transfer portal. No high school senior or transfer is going to say no if she is in their living room personally wanting them to play for Iowa.

I agree, but you do want people there for the right reasons too. LSU this year could be the best team because of their loaded roster, or the individuals could ruin it because they ran into a team.

@@TenaciousStudentThey're -- LSU -- gonna out talent a lot of teams, but the big ones where cohesion matters... could be a potential problem. Excited for Iowa, though; they've slowely built a national power over the last decade. Here's to hoping they can keep it post Caitlin. Having back to back to back to back Big Ten players of the year (3 different players) is one hell of an accomplishment for the staff. Plus, everything they've done for eyeballs. They can start commissioning some statues, I think.

True. But it's also factual mathematics of probability and averages. If you have 5-8 players on a roster who can average 14-25 points a game which LSU does, Iowa will need to get LSU's average down well getting their own up across their top 8 to win the natty. @@TenaciousStudent

With how much we have all fallen in love with Caitlin with also have fallen in love with with team as well…Kate, Gabby, Molly, Hannah but also Coach Bluder & Jensen and now watching Caitlin in the WNBA along with Kate isn’t quite the same and kind of want them somehow back together. You can see that the Coach for Caitlin in Indiana doesn’t quite know what to do with Caitlin’s talent and that her new teammates aren’t quite able to play the way the she plays…that same fast paced game or even used to catching her passes that come at such fast unexpected moments…to the point that I think they need to think about getting Coach Bluder as a standby backup coach for advice to help get them up to that same level. I think it might even benefit them if they could get Kate if the Aces don’t sign her because if they could be on the same team together it would help get the rest of the team learning that same level of play and get them to level up to that same level. What’s weird to me is that everyone was saying that she was going to be playing with players of higher skill level but from what I have seen so far her old players play better then most of her new teammates but that could just be that Caitlin is that type of player that makes players that are average into even better players so maybe over time her new teammates will be the same and when that happens they will truly be a dominant team but they right now need major conditioning to be able to keep up with the fast paced game that Caitlin plays and a lot more playing time to get that chemistry which is only going to take time…definitely more then a couple of weeks.

I commend Iowa Hawkeyes, coach Bluder and Jansen entire coach and players. Beautiful story of great amazing people in life who surrounded with great people and love. My daughter who plays basketball at age 14 loves Caitlin Clark and wants to play for the Hawkeyes. As a father I'm so proud and we will always be a fever Hawkeyes fan! Thank you for your kindness, caring, and humbleness and showing love to all in this world, especially kids. The WNBA will be bigger then the NBA. We the people know that, love is greater. Equality matters, sad that we don't see that from a males point. It will change forever and the world understands and knows and soon, and now woman's basketball is more popular then men's. I don't watch men's basketball, woman's basketball is great. Men's suck, bias and unfair to woman. Salary? Woman's are deserving and NBA will follow the WNBA. Be humble and kind, but be fair to all equally no matter what if your male or female. The greatest showman is the woman representing basketball, not men's.
