Yeah, and changing things for sake of it. Camera work was nearly perfect in original game. Some things should be tweaked like player car being damageable like in Hot Pursuit challenges, it makes for better pursuit and immersion. Increasing low heat levels and blacklist difficulty reasonably(say 1 heat level should be like 2nd one at minimum with slightly more frequent roadblocks. same With cop cars durability and weight.) Early career difficulty and amount of events is far too little but later its fine for most part.
I prefer my pursuit breakers because I'm more of a chaos gremlin who loves immobilizing as many cops as possible. Taz has nothing on me. My personal best probably is far from any record, but it's currently 113 cars immobilized. This happened in the 30 minute career mode pursuit to get the single pursuit record from Razor.
This game is much better than rivals and most wanted 2015 one. Because in this your car doesn't get wrecked. I would rather have unwreckable car than repair shops.

Reminder that MW on all platforms is the inside of a nuclear explosion, this is more akin to Silent Hill -The AI upscaled cutscenes which used the shitty squished PC FMVs instead of the 720p FMVs from the X360 version? -The overly sharpened textures? -The bold Calibri font in the menus that doesn't fit the menus whatsoever? -The rain effects which distort not only the game itself, but flow ABOVE the HUD? -The overpowering motion blur straight out of Carbon? Btw I love how at 14:00 he's facing the sun (you can see the shadow) but THERE'S NO SUN LMAO Maybe that explains the visuals
Its a wip and the reason for it is to make it in a newer engine which allows mods to be way better for it. Easier editing, easier modding. Support for new rendering methods like dx12 or vulkan, real rtx support etc. Game will run fine on newer windows versions and in high res with higher framerates than 60. You could even make a mobile version of it once its done!
I wish they would completely rebuild the game for next gen consoles and graphic cards. We would have an amazing game with even better graphics and revamped controls. One day maybe

x360 stuff motion blur is a wee bit overdone and inaccurate to how it is on 360 (there's not as much of it, and it is indeed a part of visual treatment, plus it's masked by a vignette)

the motion blur is cool….. but the traffic density still feels…. 2005. this a is a whole ass city why is there like 10 cars on the road? i think a traffic density mod would definitely push the sense of speed further. the drag races look terrifying with the amount of traffic. can’t really say the same for rest of them though.
Most wanted is not most wanted without the yellow filter. The whole point of the game is that its a playable 2000's music video. It kills the whole vibe. It looks bad. Really bad without it. There I said it.
Remasters or community remasters wont just cut it... I think Most Wanted should just stay the way it is now... We need a racing games in Japan featuring Tokyo city racing, highway high speed races and touge trough mountains with city drifting and touge drifting... doesnt need to be NFS game, just any good full AAA game in Japan would be good enough cuz im tired that every game is wannabe american and has super cars with V8 engines and so on... nothing is better than good old NA 4 bangers or 2 rotors... Most wanted is an old game and EA wont ever do a Remake of this game because they know if they do, people will be having high expectations and one simple mistake will ruin the whole game...

At 3:15 there's literally a cut to make his gasp line up with his laugh so there's no dead air for no reason. That's like a second of footage that never hurt anyone.
I will never understand how my younger self could look at the original graphics for ours with its mexico filter and the motion blur. I still play it with Redux V2 and some enhancing mods which is much better on the eyes :) Being forced to Motion Blur is a NoGo...

Motion blur was there thanks to the NextGenGraphics plugin by osdever, it can be disabled in there.

I think kuru doesn't really like it that much but I most certainly love it. Some cheap tricks here and there but the overall feel is amazing.
To disable the game's motion blur use the tool called Graphics Optimizer
