Look up "Giri Giri Chop" by Bz, if it were just one piece then I would give him the benefit of the doubt but it isn't. He stole two pieces from the same Stratovarius album. "Warrior from an Unkown Land" sounds pretty much identical to "Infinity" by Strotovarius. As for Budokai 2, I think it was the best of the 3 games so I was gutted that it didn't make the cut! I guess being a boardgame geek meant that the story mode appealed to me, I hear that it was generally pretty unpopular.

I remember how damn near impossible Kid Buu was to beat on the story mode of this. I sometimes had to give him the viral heart disease and equip a vaccine so my characters wouldn't be affected by it.
Xehanort10 super buu was the harder for me cause he kept absorbing your characters when you die but when I fought kid buu I hit that super saiyan 3 and fought my heart out
He was somewhat easy if you used the method of choosing Goten and Kid Trunks, equipping Goten with Mysterious Vest, having him go to the same square as Trunks and then Goku to get a 60% defence buff and then leaving the battle up to Goten. I solo'd Boo with Goten using this method without even losing half a health bar each battle.
Aw man, I remember my brother (17) ritually playing this game every night. He would play it after high school, then in the summer after hanging out with friends or work. I'd always catch him with this game on our old CRT TV and PS2. I remember one summer when I was 9. I was having a sleep over at our house with my best friend. For fun, we played against him. I won a few matches against him. He demanded I keep playing him until he beats me. He wanted to practice to beat the boss he was stuck on. It was funny at first, but got aggravating when I couldn't hang out with my friend. We took a break, went down stairs to the kitchen, and My Sister (15) told us to lose against him on purpose, but don't make it obvious. We went back upstairs and I lost on purpose. He noticed and got pissed then demanded I play seriously. Eventually he beat me regularly and he let us go. My best friend and I thanked Gosh. I remember this being the game that caused about 3 PS2 controllers to malfunction and lose input control.... I will always remember these memories.

For me, it was always Budokai Tenkaichi 3, but I know that feeling! Throwing hands on BT3 with my buddies after school was a feeling you can't replicate.

kid buu in Z2 difficulty.... he defeated my characters as if i was nothing for him. somehow he did a 67 combo attack included his ultimate one.. i was 1 hit direct from the beginning xD damn
Not every theme, no, but enough to be more than mere coincidence. Listen to Budoaki 3's "Plains" and The Red Hot Chilli Pepper's "Warped", or the capsule obtained theme, and Earth, Wind, and Fire's "September". Some of these are just blatantly similar.
I wish this would be a re-release on PS4, PS5, Xbox one, series X|S and Nintendo switch as the remastered trilogy like they did with Budokai and Budokai 3 on PS3 and Xbox 360
@MrBoondock1 I never grew up with the original (to be honest, i didnt become a fan until i started watching DBZ kai) But I agree with you. Dragonball z has to be one of if not THE greatest action anime of all time. I have 2 DBZ games (ps2), and season 9 on DVD (finished it and LOVED it)
If this had been included on the HD Revamp, I would have bought it the day it was released. Still haven't played 1 or 3 HD yet. I might do sometime in the future :)

true it was almost impossible =P but in the end i beat him like 3 or 4 times from practice....
I always went to every place on the map and dug I got all the upgrades first

@MrBoondock1 I never grew up with the original (to be honest, i didnt become a fan until i started watching DBZ kai) But I agree with you. Dragonball z has to be one of if not THE greatest action anime of all time. I have 2 DBZ games (ps2), and season 9 on DVD (finished it and LOVED it)
If this had been included on the HD Revamp, I would have bought it the day it was released. Still haven't played 1 or 3 HD yet. I might do sometime in the future :)
