I noticed that my hands were really weak when i started doing deadlift and my grip just died mid exercise so I've been training dead hangs and i get from 30s to 100s in like two months and i wasn't even doing it frequently also an increment in my grip strength and finger control bruh i forget to say that i stopped playing frequently too so when i come back to the game i felt a lot more comfortable playing and having a lot more of stamina
this video reminded me that i havent been exercising and seeing this as a osumania player, i realized I could still improve myself, because of that i got out to work! so thanks for the great video! it was also quite funny and very helpful
as jkzu has said several times, training your forearms wont make your stamina better, if you wanna get better at stamina, just play stamina songs and never pause. either you pass the song with bad accuracy or you just die in the middle of it because your fingers physically cant move anymore. but working out wont help, i would know as a calisthenics athlete thats shit at stamina lmao
