Resolved but was mislead etc. Intent on raising further questions on why x years in did it take for the risks to be seen. Hoping to be appointed a Health and Safety rep as I despise how things have gone- 2021 and blinkered eyes to my concerns until S44 Employment Rights Act 1996 was raised!
