Since majority of us has no GSM SIM800C SHIELD, please explain to us.
This code:
#define FONA_RX 2 (is this number "2" is the Arduino pin where the GSM RX/TX connected?)
#define FONA_TX 3 (is this number "3" is the Arduino pin where the GSM RX/TX connected?)
If the answer is YES, why your are suggesting to use this connection through GSM to ARDUINO especially for those who are not using a 800C SHIELD GSM?
Code connect your suggesting:
(GSM TX -> RX Arduino
GSM RX -> TX Arduino)
Are there any changes that we should do after using the GSM TX -> RX Arduino, and GSM RX -> TX Arduino circuit?
Like changing the pin numbers under:

And lastly Sir, what's the function of this "FONA_RST 4"? And where that number "4" came from?

One thing you are not being told, is if your ISP has shut down its 2G servers (which is what GSM is), your calls won't go through. LTE antenna boards accept 4G.

To increase the call time, please increase the delay in the below lines i.e. delay(20000) I increase to 20 sec. You can increase or decrease based on your need.
