Ektar 100 shot on an EktarH35 camera is magic. I know, I know... but once you try it it is everything. I have mine processed at the basement lab in Minneapolis and there are no exposure problems. Not a plug they just do great work! Ektar is the best!
How do skin tones render?
oh and i love you!
thanks for this breakdown!
More film stock reviews please! Very helpful content as always.
like true love love love love!!!
I like it more on the 120mm side. And its true: I also struggled with the red-ish tint in the scans. However the colors always pop out great and its a good alternative to the Portra line.
I've never used this film before as C200 is my baby, but after watching this, I'm keen to give it a try!
I'm a novice film shooter and I had an Ektar roll for fall foliage. It was nice but yes, missed exposure did unfortunate things to my shots.
I'm on my second roll, and of course the sun has gone away. Oh well. Looking forward to seeing the results.
Did you expose this roll using the camera lightmeter? What do you advice to get a correct exposure with this film?
whats the camera on the bottom right? 👀
Do you keep all your negatives?! I love to shoot on film, but I have already too many negatives...
Perhaps put negs in sleeves and the sleeves in a folder?
nah ektar is nothing at all it is the best hands, go take the risk and do it anyway cant even compare to any other film on the planet
