Just in this recording, Yuta's power when it comes to dancing is only light, probably in fear of injuries and Taeyong stumbling and twisting his feat like that hurts, no matter how flexible your joints are. The way he landed on his ankle happened to me in my P.E. class when someone pushed me while I was jumping and I couldn't walk without limping for a few days and I'm just a student, imagine an idol who's whole career is based of dancing, singing and rapping.
