- I'm so excited to release the first music video from my new solo EP, "Meet Me in the Rain." This video is dear to my heart because it was the first time I was able to exclusively use upcoming Cambodian talents in the making of this video. I'm so proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the upcoming artists of Cambodia and hope that all of you will appreciate their hard work and artistry in shooting this music video.
A gigantic thanks goes out to Jesse Barrera for producing my music, Rooster Kool Photography and crew for shooting this video, Lisa Mam and Peap Tarr for creating my album art, Thida Buth (Momma) and Cindy Vo for producing it, and to all the pledgers of my Kickstarter campaign for funding the creation of this art.
I'll always remember this particular video in my heart because it marks the time of the rise of Khmer art in our generation. From the diaspora to the homeland, art is alive and thriving, and I predict beautiful things in our near future.

You are the Colbie Collait for this generation... my generation of Khmer people. I can't emphasize how much the sound is refreshing and your lyrics aren't forced to sound romanticized like from the Sin Sisamouth era. Your lyrics connect the listener to your emotion the same way Sin Sisamouth touched and still touches everyone with his lyrics. Different sound, but still pulls at the heart strings.
You've given me hope that new song lyrics and Khmer songs can be easy listening from a Khmer artist. Thank you so much for this.
