No smoking on balconies. There is an area along the wall by Rüi Palace. Where everyone gathers to smoke. I think there was a yellow painted line on the ground.
How look nigh life in a hotel? And outside from hotel?
No nightlife at hotel. You can walk to 5th ave in 10 minutes and its all there. Bars, resteraunts and clubs.
No nightlife at hotel. A 10 minute walk to 5th ave and its all there. Or a 150 peso cab ride.
