Muhammad Ali, The Queen & Angelic Upstarts South Shields 1977 (8mins ALIKIVI, 2013)

Three big events happened in South Shields in 1977. The Queen visited the town on her Silver Jubilee, World Champion boxer Muhammed Ali also visited, and punk band the Angelic Upstarts formed.
Featuring interviews with the Mayoress of the town in '77, original Upstarts members and residents of the town look back on those hazy days of Summer 77.
