Cool westfalia!!! We were looking at those before deciding on a Land Rover for off road capability & ground clearance as we like to go off the beaten path 🥴 Reading your comments… people can get so mean and crabby as they get older but it’s heartwarming to see you still enjoying life in the simplest of ways… like reading signs that everyone drives/walks right by without a second thought. I think this life gives you time to slow down and appreciate living, in a way that many others can’t. Thank you for sharing!! Safe travels 🚙
Was that the REI at Crossgates Mall? I get such a kick out of seeing places and roads I know in NY and VT.😅. I hope you stayed warm! Looking forward to Part 2! 😊
We went to Vermont this past September through October, I’m almost positive that we took that route that you showed! We also stopped at the general store and it was the cutest place and so interesting! Really enjoyed the video, thanks for the memories and safe travels to you.
@@LoPieintheWild it was for me too, that’s why we were traveling up there and then making our way slowly back down to Louisiana, for all the interesting off the beaten path things and places. I love old buildings and towns and history.
I really enjoyed your video tonight. I had to wait to give you a thumbs up because of all the "ahh" which drove me a little crazy. Please stop talking to the masses. Just talk to me like I'm your sister, or a really close friend. No "umm" s needed. Thanks friend. I forgot, I wanted to talk about the tolls sign. That was a lot of money! I'm 77, and when I was young, my grandpa talked to me about how, when he was young, they worked all day for a nickel!!!
