    [얼큰어묵탕 재료]
    -주재료
    사각어묵 300g, 모둠어묵 500g, 가래떡 5개, 물 2L, 다시 백 3개, 무 150g, 양파 80g, 마늘 10개, 어슷 썬 청양고추 1개, 어슷 썬 홍고추 1개, 쑥갓 20g, 고춧가루 3큰술, 맛술 80ml, 진간장 80ml
    -양념장 재료
    진간장 3큰술, 송송 썬 청양고추 1작은술, 다진 대파 1큰술, 다진 양파 1큰술, 사과식초 3큰술, 연겨자 1큰술
    [얼큰어묵탕 레시피]
    1. 냄비에 물, 다시 백, 고춧가루 넣어 끓이기
    2. 무 나박 썰고 양파 큼직하게 썬 뒤 냄비에 넣어 끓이기
    3. 마늘 으깬 뒤 냄비에 넣어 끓이기
    4. 맛술, 진간장 넣고 무 익을 때까지 끓이기
    5. 사각어묵 3번 접은 뒤 꼬치에 꽂기
    6. 가래떡 세로로 꼬치에 꽂기
    7. 모둠어묵 먹기 좋게 썬 뒤 꼬치에 꽂기
    8. 밑국물 체에 걸러 내기
    9. 냄비에 어묵꼬치와 가래떡 꼬치 담기
    10. 팽이버섯, 메추리알, 대파, 밑국물, 어슷 썬 청양고추, 어슷 썬 홍고추 넣어 끓이기
    11. 진간장, 송송 썬 청양고추, 다진 대파, 다진 양파, 사과식초, 연겨자 섞어 양념장 만들기
    12. 얼큰어묵탕에 쑥갓 올리기

    [Spicy eomuktang ingredients]
    - Main ingredients
    300g rectangular eomuk, 500g assorted eomuk, 5 rice cake sticks, 2L water, 3 broth packets, 150g white radish, 80g onion, 10 garlic cloves, 1 diagonally-sliced Cheongyang pepper, 1 diagonally-sliced red chili pepper, 20g crown daisy, 3 tbsp red chili pepper powder, 80ml cooking wine, 80ml dark soy sauce
    - Dipping sauce ingredients
    3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp finely chopped Cheongyang pepper, 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp light mustard
    [Spicy eomuktang recipe]
    1. Boil water with the broth packets and red pepper powder in a pot
    2. Cut up white radish in slices and onion in big pieces, and boil them together in the pot
    3. Crush garlic and boil it together in the pot
    4. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce in the pot and boil until the white radish gets cooked
    5. Fold up rectangular eomuk 3 times and put on a skewer stick
    6. Skew the rice cake stick in a skewer
    7. Cut up assorted eomuk in bite sizes and put on a skewer stick
    8. Strain base broth on a strainer
    9. Put eomuk skewers and rice cake stick skewers in a pot
    10. Add enokitake, quail eggs, green onion, base broth, diagonally-sliced Cheongyang pepper, diagonally-sliced red chili pepper in the pot and bring it to a boil
    11. Mix dark soy sauce, chopped Cheongyang pepper, finely chopped green onion, chopped onion, apple cider vinegar, and light mustard to make dipping sauce
    12. Garnish the spicy eomuktang with crown daisy
