Assessment for learning (CLASS -10): Topics- Observation, Rating Scale, Interview and inventory

Mam observation when we take examples of teachers with students when the teacher normally observes the students. It is an Assessment tool but different from pen and paper, it is informal, frequently done by teachers. Am I correct mam?Mam in this particular thing, planning means feedback
