I thought this game was amazing when it came out in the early 00's. It has shown its age a bit, & i have more fun going back to the later entries. Never the less this game was still very impressive, & the series in general perfected the stealth genre imo
What monitor were/are you using for this? I've had a look in the past for a 1080p/1440p 144hz monitor but they all seem to have a catch or don't get to that 144hz without costing an arm and a leg. Also lovely to see this game still being played by people, one of the first games I ever played was on the xbox and it was this and Halo CE.
Basically just follow this from 22:20 th-cam.com/video/v-88hKNgXDI/w-d-xo.html. Equip Redding's recommended loadout so you have an extra smoke grenade (I have 2 because I chose the stealth loadout), throw a smoke grenade in the vent at 22:40 so it reduces the chances of you getting seen as you leave the vent, throw another one in the hallway at 23:17, save at 23:28 because it can be tricky to get into the spot that I do to throw the last smoke grenade. Once you get into that spot throw it in the same place. Also, once you use the EEV to access the laptop in the vents at 19:47 go back as quickly as possible as there is a chance a guy with thermal vision will you event though there's no indication of that.
