Hey Steve... I just consulted my crystal ball and it showed... On The Road with Meryl Hartman. Wonderful stories for a tough time in all our lives. Keep up the great work.
Hoping for a regular “Meryl’s Minute” segment; she’s got the greatest confidence and screen presence. Thank you, Steve and family, for this incredible reminder, for all ages, of the ways we can all help to make a better world!
I ALWAYS look forward to your stories! Thank you, Steve Hartman, for highlighting the positive side of humanity and inspiring me. This is so needed in the world and I know kindness spreads. 💞
I love how your family carries the job. Thank you so much. I watch all. Ii am a Filipino. Watching in TH-cam only. It makes my day its more blessed to give than to receive. Good job.
Steve thank you for your heartwarming journalism your reporting touched my heart you and your wife are great examples of great parenting you guys get ⭐⭐⭐God bless
Kindness 101....a joy and a blessing....totally uplifting....a ray of sunshine for any day...your children are delightful...thank you for sharing them with us. How much nicer our world would be with more dads like you.
Hi from Scotland I've been watching your videos and they have helped me as a grandparent to help my grandson who is 11 and has AUTISM and helped me also many thanks 😊
PLEASE do a Kindness 102! Or 201! Or whatever you have time/energy for! These were so uplifting, & I really needed that this week. THANK YOU! King County, Washington, USA
Thank you SO much for making these videos! I am a teacher organizing my remote learning classes and THESE will definitely be a part of my curriculum! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
My grandpa always said " life is like a voyage in which we choose neither vessel nor whether but much can be done in the guidance of the helm and the management of the sails. He lived to 101 years old.
Love the collaboration! Most cornaviras era shows aren’t as smooth. I love the problem solving like the twist of the laptop when going to to tape. Love the sweet homemade CG Graphics. The teamwork of brilliant well timed off camera props that float through the air at just the right moment. (Suspect a input from a talented work from another home producer has helped with some concepts.) Your own “unsung hero” talented crew of Emmet and George clearly contribute the logistics to help make it work. Merrill is so talented she soon will have an agent. (You won’t be able to afford her...she probably stretches the budget now!) Suspect your wife is the real brains of this operation. :) Steve you gave America great modeling of great teaching. May we all emulate the KINDNESS lessons your family exudes. Clearly charity begins at home. Just as when you are on the road ... a wonderful crew also makes you look good at home. Thank you @CBSEveningNews for making these “Hartwarming” moments possible. It helps us forget for a moment our own collective pain. Most importantly it gives us hope, as the kids in the stories you feature are in my opinion “the next great generation”.
I wish it would inspire CBS to address the Veterans Administration's neglect of the "soldiers" in it's charge. Until they do, until congress dose, until the senate dose, until the America dose... any and everything you is just total b.s.
I'm a better human being after watching this video.
Steve, you have the most adorable children. They seem very intelligent and sweet. Good parenting!

It isn't so much that his kids are so adorable but rather that they have so much poise at such young ages.

Just for something to do, look up online why they are called “mortar boards.” Interesting reading. The one I ended up at is EVESS. Pretty cool.

Skip. Yet another instance of Mr. Hartman using his family. A reporter and his family ought not to be the focus of a story.
Wow this children are so smart. Your children are after your job. Sorry Mr Hart man. Look like you will be unemployed soon. Sorry
