When it comes to technical precision machining skill you're definitely one of the best if not the best on TH-cam Adam. This channel is such a breath of fresh air compared to the rest.
I thought it was just Platonic but as the beard grows - and now with the head bands - I realise my feelings are different and stronger than I can control ❤.
I don't know about you guys, but i really like this format, a project from start to finish in 1 long video. I don't expect this format every time, cause i'm sure it takes a lot of time to film & edit. Thank you for sharing!

This and the peel grinding video are absolute gold. The detail in the video is superb. Grinding is a hard topic to find reliable information on. I’ve been trying to glean every bit of information Robin renzetti and Stefan gottswinter give on grinding. However neither of them cover the topics quite as thoroughly as you tend to. I greatly appreciate the education.
This whole project is sooo killer. I'd love to see you offer drawings and manufacturing notes for these projects. I'd happily pay for that kind of insight into your build process.

We used to use slightly modified Boice snap ring groove gages to measure very shallow bores, but they were good to only ~+/- .0005. Hard milling is still new to me. When I see sparks coming from an end mill, I reflexively grimace. Thanks for the great video!

As such I have met machinists who make amazing things that range from gizmos that crawl around on the ocean floor to dinguses that orbit overhead. You show the same skill and persnickityness as any of them. Bravo. 2) How in heck do you keep your shop looking like a surgical suite??

if you google "Pemamo hone" that is what I use. not sure I would do a video on it since its a very feel dependent process, not sure it would transfer to screen well

if I had a wire edm, many of the parts would have been cut that way I suspect. To good of a process to not use if you have it

I was taught early on, if you can measure it, you have a higher chance of making it, compared to if you can't measure it. Nice video.
