Hey Mystic, I thought id let you know that you Need Both a Male and Female Unfesant because they look completely different from each other. That being said, you technically need to evolve a shiny Pidove of each gender all the way to complete the dex.

Chansey candy is not super random as Chansey is the pokemon to always hold an egg, so in this egg event it is logical to be put a bit on the foreground

Event ended for me, so no shiny at all during the entire event. The ONLY good things I got were 1 Larvesta, a 14/14/14 Riolu and a hundo Yungoos lmao. Pretty much everything else was 2 star garbage, which I transferred. Almost everything was junk that can't even be shiny. SO many Chingling, Wimpod, Togedemaru etc...
Got my first Larvesta after 60 eggs. Did a total of 160+ egg hatches in the last couple of days, managed to get 2 of them. Zero shinys from my hatches however

I feel like Niantic (or Pokemon Company) made the Larvesta so hard to hatch because they were tired of producing new content, trying to make it at least somewhat available to new players, and then having tons of players be able to get the new pokemon and all its forms within a couple days. What this does is leave the players who are able to get those pokemon so fast then left bored and awaiting the next update of content. They can only output it so fast, and if it just gets sucked dry like that then there is less longevity to the game. So they make Larvesta insanely difficult to hatch from eggs, and take 400 candy to evolve. And, of course, there are STILL people who got Volcarona on day 1 of the event!
Mine were all 10k eggs I just spent £10 on incubators . First 2k egg after all the 10k eggs was a larvesta , hatched 30 eggs so far and got 0 shiny’s tho 😢
Only this week. It’s Tier 5 so 2% chance of getting it. Not worth the money for incubators. Wait until they make a stand-alone event or Comm day for Larvesta

Not gonna lie, the animation of the eggs in the thumbnail gives me an idea! If you have a 100 day streak, you should receive a “shiny capable only” egg, and it have a pool of incredibly rare shinies and common shinies…

I was in Europe and walked something like 45 miles in two days trying to hatch a shiny Mime Jr.... Sadly, no such luck and no shines in any of the eggs I hatched over there. 😭
Got one in the second 5 km egg. And I only have the unlimited incubator aswell as the 3 times from the Mission. Used it for 10 km and got 3 times the same mon..but today a hundo Mareanie. You still got time, good luck 💪🏼

i accidentally bought the hatch box in the store the other day, so i decided to use all those incubators for this event. not a single shiny, mime jr, or larvesta😭
They should also worry about the eggs dying if they dont fix adventure sync...Ive been struggling to get any kms at all this event. I rely on adventure sync at work for my hatches, but it just doesnt work. The raids didnt bother me much, because I did little remotes anyways, but this bug is making me want to stop playing.
Did you try to Update it by gping into the game for some seconds a little more frequently than you used to? For me it works. Everything over 3 h no Chance for me
