  • This is the UGREEN Gravity Phone Holder LP228 for 4.7" to 7.2" smartphones. The portrait only phone holder holds the phone securely via its 4 prongs and attaches to the ventilation grills of cars with its silicone grip.
    Design wise, the gadget has some very interesting carbon fibre look with accents of black and metallic grey. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the product.

    hi
    my phone is huawei mate 20x
    with the case is 89mm with and 11mm thickness
    i know its gonna be tight
    but is it ?

      Hello there! Thank you for your question! I just went to take some measurement and although the thickness 11mm is fine, 89mm width it may be challenging.
      It will fit into the holder but the "claws" will grab only about 7 cm from the lower part of your phone. Technically speaking, your phone length without the case is 174mm so it should still be able to hold 40% of your phone which should be fine.
      Divide 70mm by your phone length with case. If it's more than 35% you shouldn't have any problems with the phone holder.
      As your phone weight is heavier than mine, I'd suggest adjusting the tilting angle of the clamp at the back so it will keep it better in position.
      If you do get the gravity phone holder eventually, I'd love to know how it turns out. Hope that helps. 🙂

    Will a 12 pro max fit?

    • @dyloncai
      @dyloncai  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, the device fits up to 7,2" screens and the 12 pro max is 6,7" so it should fit according to the manufacturer's specification. Although the 12 pro max is heavier than the Nokia 7 plus used at 226g, I just tested by tightening the holder well and giving it a hard pull so it should be able to hold the 12 pro max without any problem. Thank you for watching!

    How is its performance on a bumpy road

    • @dyloncai

      Hey there! Thank you for reaching out. The holder hold up well in my usage though I don't have any extremely bumpy roads here to try out in my area. It works very well going over normal road humps, the silicon grips works well on the ventilation grills.
      However, if your ventilation grills are less rigid, it may move the holder with your phone with it. Hope this helps.
