You forgot the ultimate in ultimate ninja 4. The one where 1 tailed Naruto creates a spirit bomb sized red rasengan and crushes the enemy. Then after the destruction he just sits calming himself down. It was quite a badass ultimate
The old naruto games (Ps2) are thr best imo there was a bit more creativity and in one of the old naruto games the sharingan users ACTUALLY copy'd jutsu!
