It's true that beats weren't the same, but if you look at this on an other point of view, you can see that Kuzya didn't want to go first. Issei did and took advantage of the good beat that the DJ played. So I think that's fair at the end :)
Those Issei rounds were all pretty insane. Kuzya packed more stuff and was maybe a little more original, but I thought Issei's stuff was a little more interesting overall.
