Ive heard what happened in freestyle session is the venue was running out of time and issei had the semi finals battle just before, barely having a few minutes to catch his breath... so its almost like he did 6 rounds at that level which is insane. If you look at him recently though i think hes figured the stamina issue out

i know how u feel man. he kills it in r16 but with events like this he kills the whole night however he falls short in the finals. hes like taisuke man, they run out of moves or gass out at the end.

im not with swift's side, but i think he voted nino for the first round much like a pity vote. there is never gonna be a perfect one sided vote. i dont know, i may sound ignorance saying a pity vote, but judging system can be fucked up at times. you be the judge next time. youre still gonna get told to what fucking promoters or whoever runs the show to tell you what they want you as the judge to do

honestly, I liked El Nino's set better in the first round. it was dynamic and explosive. issei did beat kill but any bboy with decent freeze control can smack out a bunch of different freezes to a beat. I was at this battle and it was the hyper battle of the night in my opinion. good job to both bboys

No hate and no diss but personally watching Issei I don't feel his character and style to be sincere. As in his whole style feels forced. From his top rock not looking like he naturally feels the music as such but only tops that way to get in on the competition. Same goes for most, if not all, of his synchronization of moves to the music.
I just don't get a vibe from him like I get it from Bboys like Kmel, Ivan, Sonic, Machine, Twixx, Blonde, Flexum, Kid David, Issue and others who really stand out individually and look natural within their moves and style.
