Happy Holidays! My favorite Christmas movies are White Christmas (love the inn in Vermont) and Scrooge (with Alistair Sims). 🎄🎅🏻. Looking forward to your videos in 2025.
Fascinating! I love when you breakdown the architectural interior and exterior features of homes we’re all familiar with. Would love to hear your commentary on other famous homes either real or fictional. Well done!
Hi Jacqueline! I get so much out of your videos and this is no exception! I loved learning all the details of each architectural style (Palazzo, Colonial Georgian, 2nd Empire...) and I'll make an effort to notice them both in daily life and while watching films. Our favorites that we watch every year are "Love, Actually", "When Harry met Sally" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas." (Yes, we are nominal adults.)
Hi Gina! Thank you so much❤️🎄 Coming from London, Love Actually is a must for us every year (laszlos favourite😁). I have too many favourites to even say🤣🤣🎄🎅☃️🎥
🎅Great video. As a Production design student, this video was interesting. I especially enjoyed the section where features of various structures were shown and discussed. thanks for sharing😊
One of my top 3 Christmas movies is 1954 musical with Bing Crosby/Rosemary Clooney (George's aunt) in "White Christmas". The movie is set in 1944 and Christmas isn't actual focus of the film, but rather how troopers rally around their removed commanding Major General. The scenes inside the Vermont inn are just great. Not overly decorated but that semi-restrained New England "Yankee" decorum. Children of WWII generation probably appreciate the vibe of the film more than later generations.
I hope you enjoy the video! 😚 What's your favourite Christmas movie?🎄
