On Amanda and her husband, I super agree with Moshe's perspective. It sounds like her husband picked politics and activism specifically to be hurtful. We're living in a post-coup world, like, he is FULLY aware of how much he is upsetting you, and it's fun to him. I know this gets thrown around a lot, but him bringing up super underground conspiracies (like wtf is March 4th even?) then turning around and lying about not seeking them out, really strikes me as gaslighting.

I love watching John & Ronan, the comedy of their videos has been my sanity saver during 2020 politics/pandemic. Funny thing is I've followed John on Crooked Media 1st then started following Ronan. Aw, Amanda's story hit so close to home, having loved ones who tease me about my passion for liberal causes (it's parents/relatives, not a spouse, which I know is a very different dynamic). Amanda, I hope this call was helpful to you, and I love Moshe's idea of therapy. I wish my parents would consider therapy (not because their relationship is broken, but just because, like you it seems, there are some disconnects that I think would be easier to identify with a professional). It's certainly been helpful for my relationship with my dad. Good luck to you!
