stuff like this is why i would like to see end of fight/event/ops screens that show everyones contributions such as overall damage, kills, deaths, revives, ect. ect.
That was introduced in WoW over a decade ago. It made the community extremely competitive and sweaty. I would hate to see the same thing happen in fallout
I’ve been running a bloodied faster firerate charging Ultracite Gatling Laser and been having fun with that but as I see it I’ve enjoyed the plasma caster for awhile, still trying to get a bloodied faster firerate guass minigun and a pepper shaker. I still have my bloodied explosive minigun and .50 cal as my secondary guns
I consider most heavy guns in a heavy build. JS. I don't know what perks you would have just for caster? Maybe a science one? But anyways. Caster is amazing. Just fire the entire time! Pull over and over lol can get old. No spin up though!
Last I used it, it was still a power house of a weapon. Crit headshots of 1500-2000+ I think, just got lucky with my Bloodied 50% Crit damage roll. No bugs that I've seen or heard other than the death delay and shots that don't register, but that's every weapon.
My build is all the heavy gun perks. A few good ones like tenderizer and stabalized in my power armor. But most importanly my PA has 5 pcs of weapon wt reduction. All my laser and plasma gatlings, 50 cals and casters weigh 1 ea. So i carry everything I want. Ammo variety is so underrated dude. Plasma carts, .50, plasma cores, fusion cores, 5mm and shotgun shells can be used in this one build!
Go for it! Its my favorite gun at the moment. I have a AA/50c/25 Plasma Caster and it shreds mobs and bosses! Ammo is so easy to get too, use 1 or 2 shots on a mob and you get tons back on kill.
In VATS, would Charging Barrels possibly make a little bit of difference for the Gatling Laser? I know it wouldn't be game-changing, but it feels like those mods have a little more VATS focus and they're mods that the Gatling Plasma doesn't have
I have a question please. Just for giggles I have been using the boomstick at SBQ fight and I noticed that she has her wings crippled a lot faster than normal. I can’t tell if other players are hitting her wings or my missile is crippling her. Is it possible that it’s actually useful for her fight? If yes then that makes the boomstick super useful.
Honestly, the Plasma kind of sucks if you have a good build. You have to constantly check your supply of cores because you get 10x what you'll ever need and easily carry 100lbs of them without realizing it...
if ur comitted to energy heavy guns u gotta take the batteries included ammo weight reduction card i carry over a hundred cores and itll weigh a negligible amount
The bottom line, at least for me, has to do with ammo cost. Hands down, the Gatling Plasma is the most economical to run, and why I still use them in my Heavy Gunner build.
He lives in the UK I believe so he gets a pass. Honestly I wish we spelled it that way, much more aesthetically pleasing. I will never say “left tenant“ though.

How's thr plasma caster? Has there been any bugs or nerfs to it? I've been saving modules so I can finally dedicate a build to it

I did find one bug just now, the Science perks do NOT increase the damage of this weapon, but it really doesn't need it.

This is an odd request, but could you mess with a Q50 assaultron head? It's the og queen 1 tapper and I get mine to hit 17000

You ended up with one more Fusion Core because the Titan gave you a Vampire's Gatling Laser which includes a Fusion Core.
