Feel the appreciation..Nice vid. These 340s really are the perfect real world compromise. I had a 15 plate F80 M3 with full MP kit/exhaust earlier this year. Great car, superb in fact.. but it had some annoyances, plus it cost an absolute fortune to run (getting tight in my old age). I'd owned a 2017 F30 340i M Sport with MPPSK since new, up until May, when I sold that and bought my mates YMB M3. Chopped that in after 3 months for a manual 2018 M140i Shadow Edition, which I love, tbf.. But.. I collect my '69 plate M340i, with full carbon kit, next Tuesday, and I can't wait! 😀🙏🏻💥
Thanks Trevor appreciate it! Oh I would love a YMB M3, they look special with that paint! Be good to know your thoughts once you’ve spent some time with the M340i and how it compares to your previous motors! 🤙✌️
Bro great vid. Could tell it took a lot of editing and effort. Big love for putting it together. Agree the 340i is a stealthy weapon. Only those in the know what it’s capable of. That’s what I love about it.
I actually prefer my 2020 Tanzanite over black fully loaded (sunroof, Laserlights, electric memory seats, head up display, Harman Kardon sound, wireless charging, Comfort Pack etc etc M340i over my previous 2018 440i Coupe (I refused to get a new M440i Coupe because I didn’t like the huge ugly grille on the new 4-Series). The 440i was brilliant in every way and so good to drive but I think the M340i is possibly even better. Watch out for BMW not telling you about all that’s coming in their automatic software upgrades though. I made the mistake of accepting one where no mention was made of a reduction in exhaust sound volume and “crackles” and the update absolutely ruined the sound of my 2020 car down to the much quieter level of 2021 model cars!
Looking to pick up a 2020 next week but the loss of sound is a bummer! Evolve can bench unlock and try bring back sound but not certain. What was fuel consumption like around town?
Hello Drywall Junkie, the 48-volt starter/generator delivers additional power output of up to 11 horsepower. The electric over-boost is made available to drivers to enhance dynamics when starting and accelerating from a standstill. Although this will help mildly with acceleration, I don't think anyone will feel this in the cabin and can only really be measured with some sort of gps gear like a dragy box.
@@NOWYOUSEEME-NYSM It's more I've found BMWs to feel a bit vague on the motorway and not particularly good cruisers. How do you find it in that respect?
@@NOWYOUSEEME-NYSM 2008 3 Series Coupe and 2011 1 Series Coupe. Neither was particularly good on the motorway. Also you really got blown around by crosswinds on the motorway (more than any other cars I've had).
There needs to be a video of this quality for all cars. Fantastic content, keep these reviews coming. 👍🏽
Great review. I just purchased a new 2022 and I'm really enjoying it to say the least.

Cheers man, appreciate it! Couldn’t agree more it’s 🔥
The standard front grill also gives it away. Great content
Thanks for the video. I ended up buying my first BMW x5 35i. Please do a video on X5.

Love the sound of this car! Team BMW all the way!!!🔥
Great review
Beautiful car with beautiful specs
Does adaptive suspension option actually affect other modes , or only feel it when your in that mode ?

Nice one man! Fuel consumption in town will be around 24 mpg in Comfort and 18ish in sport plus.
Hi how’s the 48 v hybrid feel in this car ?

What’s it like on the motorway? I’ve had BMWs with runflats before and they tramlined terribly.
Hello, it’s good on the motorway. The cabin has been insulated very well, I really didn’t hear much tyre noise at all.

@@ZimZimmer2010 This cruises very well, I didn't feel any discomfort when I was on the motorway. Which BMW's have you owned previously?

You answered your own question replace the run flats with pilot sport 4/4’s and problem solved.
Finally was gonna get this car....then the market adjustments fukkked it allll up
I hear you man, it really did! Did you end up buying another car then?
@@NOWYOUSEEME-NYSM nope, holding off until prices chill out 😂 also, I am permanent WFH, very weird
@@chriskeo392 how long do u think it’ll take for prices to chill out ? Maybe When the mild refresh 3 series comes out ?
@@shelbyhaiketic4212 no idea. But their starting to ship cars with no chips 😂
