That was quite different storyline from the lighthouse! I thoroughly enjoyed both, but I liked the twist in the lighthouses ending! Did they stay a little toooooooo long as a light keeper ,,,,,or did the fishmen exist ? Only you know for sure‼️

If I'm honest I respect the grind. The lady wants nice things and she'll do what she needs to to get it. But we are 100% the tool in this "relationship".
Plot twist: The gardener is actually an undercover Interpol agent that enlisted the Count’s help. The brambles were actually from an Audio Tech dropping the jacket while hooking up a wire. The “gardener” was actually hit with the pan but not enough to knock him out, but enough to add attempted murder/extortion/blackmail to her charges.
