I think it isn't the roar itself, but the context. The knowledge that what's making that roar is much more dangerous the the Rex makes its sounds 10 times scarier.

Really good video, but I have a few criticisms:
1. Why didn't they just..put the drug in the meat before throwing it into the padrock?
2. The jumpscare doesn't really come out early enough to really startle you.
