Great tutorial..just finished cleaning my 18-105mm nikon lens and no problem encountered. Now it's clean and fungus free. Arigato!

Instructions on point, my lens is now clean. Shame that I didn't discover this guy back then, ruined one of my lens by opening it from the back and disassebling all moving parts, to this day that lens is still unusable.

You must have misplaced any part, open it again and carefully see the video and follow, I hope this way it should go back to original form.
I also have same problem. I tried 4-5 times but not resolved. reply what i do asap.
These lenses are set up and aligned at the factory, simply screwing it and unscrewing it missplaces the factory alignment, this video should not have been followed.

Yes, you can use lens pen, that a better option too but it does not change how to clean fungi from your lens. All steps shown here by me is important. Thanks for your comment.
