Paul mitchell awapuhi styling treatment oil is the best hair oil, smells amazing and I always get compliments on the shine ☺️ - I'm a hairstylist btw Also turn the heat down on your styling tools! You be amazed how little heat you need. Going as heatless as possible is the key to growing long hair!
Omg okay so 4lash serum is so damn good, double shampoo, scalp oilling and face oiling and WATERR i also used to loose weight when i used to drink a lot of green tea and going on long walks
hey besties :) reminder that self care can be lighting a candle and putting on a face mask etc, but it is also treating yourself with kind words and actions, surrounding yourself with people who treat you right, and allowing yourself grace and love !!!!
For all the girls wanting to get heatless curls but your hair is too short, I like to section my hair off into four and braid them. This gives you really pretty wavy curls!!
For my curly hair girls!! If your hair is tangled then comb your hair with a wide tooth comb while conditioning in the shower! So much easier! Especially if you’re tender headed! Once or twice a week is good depending on ur hair type! ❤❤
when I do self care I love lighting a candle and doing a facemark and a shower must have of mine is a tree hut sugar scrub it exfoliates skin really well!! Hope I helped some of y'all out
As a proud indian, i can give you hair tips. Rosemary oil, coconut oil with methi ( idk the eng phrase of methi) i don't use leave in conditioner but i heard good things about the K18 product
Hey Mel I love your vlogs and hope you get to 100k soon wow also your bunny is so cute 🥹🩵🐰 self care is so important so thank you for promoting that on your channel ☺️ also oiling your hair with various natural oils can make it so healthy so you should try it 😇
Heyy! I’ve been seeing those heating curls that girls use them must be really great I’d have to look into that. I wish I had patience to do self care nights I’ll do it once in a blue moon and I’ll do like a face mask and have some coffee or tea and watch a good show or write in my journal 📓 but hope you have a great week! 💜
@@MeliMel I’ll def look into it, I think you said you posted yours in your box below in the description right? If not I’ll look at Amazon. And I should look more into self care nights I’m just so lazy af all the time lol I know terrible but I who watching others post 💜😊
hey! so about the face mask burning, i’m not completely 100% sure but it could be because you had just used a physical/chemical exfoliant. after you exfoliate with a scrub your skin will be super sensitive so that’s probably why you had the reaction!
For girls with oily complexion that still gets super dry skin during winter: Bioderma Sensibio Defensive Serum. Doesn't leave your skin sticky after application and hydrates at just the right amount. Highly recommend!
hii! I just found your video on my recc feed, and can i just say that you are sooo pretty! I have also been struggling with some self care habits since i tend to self sabotage alot lol. however, this video just reminded me to take care of myself and just do me! Thanks so much for your video! the vibes, the tips, the love, everything was amazing! thanks love!!
I’m so glad I could help 🥰 it’s so hard to not self sabotage trust me.. I doom scroll on tiktok for hours 🥲 but we got this and we will become the best versions of ourselves this year 🫶🏼
Don’t wash your face with a cleanser in the morning, just use cold water, it brightens your complexion and the cleanser watches out your natural oils, drying out your skin
My favorite leave in conditioner is Vegamour! It's so so good and makes my hair super soft and detangled, I think it's also a heat protectant as well!!
Ok I am a teenager but this is my normal shower routine: 1. Original/sensitive skin dove bar soap 2. Alba botanica coconut milk shampoo 3. Alba botanica coconut milk conditioner 4. Neutrogena acne grapefruit body wash (on my back and shoulders) 5. Exfoliating with either the tree hut or dove scrubs 6. Shave 7. Body wash (Native, tree hut or bath and body works) 8. Face wash (Cerave acne foaming face wash) 9. Lotion (tree hut or bath and body works) 10. skincare/Hair care
Hey girl! I wanna start getting into self care! I’ve been really bad about it and now I wanna start taking time to myself and taking care of my hair and everything! For the scalp scrub and hair scrub do you wash it out in the shower or leave it in?
How are you crocheting with just your hands 😍😍 don't you need some stick things or something 🤣 as you can probably tell, I don't crochet, I've gotten a few kits tho, so I think I'll try and start 😜
Milo! I definitely want to help you get a girlfriend ❤ The book you’re reading looks good, I googled it. I use Raw Sugar Kids Detangler and Leave In Conditioner in the banana and coconut scent. I use a kids’ product because I really need a detangler since my hair is naturally curly and wavy, so it needs a lot of help to not be a tangled problem! I could no longer find a product for adults so I thought I’d try this one since I love Raw Sugar, and it works beautifully! I have a friend who sets her hair in curlers after dampening with this spray. It’s done so much for her hair because she, like me, has damage from coloring. Her hair has changed so much for the better! So has mine. (Another Raw Sugar product I love, although not a leave-in, is Healing Power Hair Masque. It helps with coloring damage, too!) About hair color, I encourage you to try Madison Reed. It’s a little pricey at $30 but it is so worth it! The color lasts a lot longer than drugstore colors - and I am sure I’ve tried them all at one time or another! 😂 It doesn’t have ammonia or peroxide or other products that damage your hair. It doesn’t stink and it’s cruelty free. I don’t think the connects section will let me type a web address, just google Madison Reed hair color and you’ll see it. My favorite self-care things are exfoliating scrubs like Tree Hut, strawberry shower gel from The Body Shop, perfumes by Skylar, Good Chemistry and Mixbar, knitting and crochet, writing (some creative and some journaling) and definitely spending tine with God! I love music (indie groups… look up Camera Obscura and Varsity) and historical fiction books. Thank you for a great and inspiring video! God bless! ❤
