ingredienti per 2 persone
3 carote medie 7 patate medie 1 g di sale
far bollire in 1 litro d'acqua
per 15 minuti
dopo frulliamo tutto aggiungendo un bicchiere di sugo. stesso che abbiamo bollito le carote e le patate e frulliamo tutto. A me piace denso così ma se lo volete più fine basta diluire con il restante di sugo
mettete le foglie di menta e l'olio extravergine d'oliva secondo il vostro gusto

ingredients for 2 people
3 medium carrots 7 medium potatoes 1 g salt
boil in 1 liter water
for 15 minutes
after we blend everything adding a glass of gravy that we boiled the carrots and potatoes and blend everything. I like it thick like this but if you want it thinner just dilute with the remaining gravy
put the mint leaves and extra virgin olive oil according to your taste
