Chuck always has his own sort of sassy, sarcastic kick to all of his vocals, which adds to songs in a certain way that Patton's voice doesn't. There's never gonna be someone quite like him again. RIP
@@spookrockcity Patton is the main songwriter on very few FNM songs. He wrote most of the lyrics but not all, he has no music writing credits for the Real Thing album, and the vast majority of music writing credits for the whole FNM back catalogue are co-written with the rest of the band. Patton is best as a co-writer, his own songs tend to be not as strong.
i hardly ever go to concerts any more, but i made a point to catch Chuck Mosley back in september as a huge fan of Faith No More with both singers. He was one of the most down to earth people i have ever met, and i am glad he got to have fun doing his thing in the united states and europe right before his life ended. REST IN PEACE CHUCK
I practically wore out my old VHS of Video Croissant watching this and the other videos over and over back when I was 13. I always felt like this was the most underrated song on Introduce Yourself. That bassline is killer.
Say what you will about Chuck, but nobody can deny that man’s charisma. This song really showcases Chuck’s personality and captures the San Francisco vibe very well.
You are missed and appreciated more than you may have ever imagined, Chuck. Thank you a million times over for your music, your truly original approach to singing and fronting a band, your self-deprecating humor, your generosity with your time, and most of all for making our lives just a little bit better. Rock In Peace, sir!
This footage makes me smile, and it takes A LOT to cause that. I did not know chuck personally, I met him once less than two months before his passing when the tour stopped in nashville. But damn, I miss the guy like he was family
It's a shame this was cut from the live stream, because my brain would have exploded if I had gotten to see them play "Anne's Song" live. Can't complain though, because I've been waiting nearly 30 years for this moment!
It's been 28 years since the band's played this song live. Perfect way to end a great performance! Thank you for posting this!!! The live stream, awesome as it was, cut off before the encore :(
originalfunkyfry You lucky dog! I saw Chuck on his acoustic tour and had a great time. If you go to Faith No More's Facebook page they've posted video of the live stream there.
Christopher Soprano sculptor - Totally man! This is my #1 song from the Chuck era, and my first time hearing it live-there was a really special kind of energy in the room that night. I think we all knew this was probably the last time we’d see Chuck with FNM 😢
It was so great to see FNM performing some of these songs after so many years but at the same time this is so painfucl to watch. Chuck used to have so much evergy in him, but by this time he could barely stand.
No entiendo xq lo echaron de la banda, será x las adicciones, no sé si me equivoco pero ahí no se veía tan completo como el lo fue en sus comienzos x eso Mike perdura
Chuck I'm grateful i met you the 2 maybe 3 hour's we talked was a fan's dream come true! Then to find out i had been kicking it in your basement with the roomate from Hell!So sorry i never came up and said hey.I just didn't wanna bring you down...I kept the secret Chuck!Till u were gone.R.I.P. so kind you were brother.
Hopefuly they ask Chuck to do a tune or two on the next record. Maybe even a Patton/Mosley duet-type thing on one song?? I think that'd be pretty tits. :)
Why does California always get the cool stuff? They should just do a small tour to help Chuck out with future recordings and stuff, but it is what it is.
This is awesome...hate that I wasn't there to see this...i've loved and always go back to that whole album..."Introduce Yourself".... because it just kicks ass! *Patton is obviously a superior vocalist/technically,with a much wider range...who took the band further...but Mosley got them started off right!
Im sorry but I dont understand what you all are on about. Mosley WAS an amazing singer but He sounds like shit now. He sounds like Hes drunk. Either that or Hes so lazily phoning it in to punish FNM for giving Him the bikt. Hes not even trying. Hes mumbling and it sounds awful. How do yall not hear this?
Chuck always has his own sort of sassy, sarcastic kick to all of his vocals, which adds to songs in a certain way that Patton's voice doesn't. There's never gonna be someone quite like him again. RIP
Patton still better singer
@Reality tester And also sound awful every time he sings a song by Mosley xd
@@macristina5738 Good thing Patton wrote better songs too.

@Lisa Surlie reality is for people who can't handle drugs
@Jack Avalone V is it nick's quote? I heard it from tom waits ✌
R.I.P Chuck. Thanks for the music!
My favourite song from Chuck's era
Nothing against Jon Hudson but wouldn't it be just damn cool if Jim Martin was there for these shows with Mosley
come on! Jon nailed the solo fuckin great
He nailed it....but he’s just not Jim. For a lot of fans, Jim’s the reason we started listening to FNM
yeah its just not quite jim, still loving it
My fav with chuck, so smooth and feels like a storytelling ...
I practically wore out my old VHS of Video Croissant watching this and the other videos over and over back when I was 13. I always felt like this was the most underrated song on Introduce Yourself. That bassline is killer.
Jon Sutton my ex-wife had the VHS tape as well, she was a fan..... then I became a fan as well!
Underrated? It was released as a single. Amazing song.
One of my all-time favs. And fnm have loooots of good stuff. :-)
Say what you will about Chuck, but nobody can deny that man’s charisma. This song really showcases Chuck’s personality and captures the San Francisco vibe very well.
Introduce yourself was a big part of my teenage years I got a cassette copy off a friend until I bought my own CD. RIP Chuck

This was a dream come true for Chuck . He always had an attachment to fnm. He even had former vocalist on his fb page . You will be missed.
This footage makes me smile, and it takes A LOT to cause that. I did not know chuck personally, I met him once less than two months before his passing when the tour stopped in nashville. But damn, I miss the guy like he was family
I fucking love this song! everything in it from the bassline to Chuck's singing
I can’t even describe how awesome this is. I never thought I would ever see this happen.
I got to meet Chuck on his last tour. Such a nice and humble dude. He is missed.
It's a shame this was cut from the live stream, because my brain would have exploded if I had gotten to see them play "Anne's Song" live. Can't complain though, because I've been waiting nearly 30 years for this moment!
You are a hero! I was gutted Anne's song was cut off the stream!
same here!!!
Omg thank for this.
thanks for all !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't know it was streamed.... I was there actually! Glad some people got better film than I did lol

The band said this was actually the first time they had EVER played it live. I was at this show.
It's not. You can find audio of Anne's Song live in 87 on here.
@Lisa Surlie oh oh,the meth lady has arrived
THANK YOU!
Wow. Every time I think Jon Hudson isn’t as good as Jim, I hear him shredding out an old Jim song to perfection. Damn, Jon is a legit guitarist.
Legit guitarist with no ego!
Yes, totally agree.
The best music faith no more
R.I.P Chuck Mosley 🤘
Great American Music hall is one of the best venues I've been to. Wish I could have been at this show. RIP Chuck Mosley.
♥️ ♥️ ♥️ Thank you so much for posting this. It is one of my favorite albums and I never got a chance to see Chuck in person.♥️ ♥️ ♥️

Great song. Great artists. RIP Chuck, one in a billion.

Love this song. The 1st 2 albums were great!
Rip Chuck from Cleveland.
It was so great to see FNM performing some of these songs after so many years but at the same time this is so painfucl to watch. Chuck used to have so much evergy in him, but by this time he could barely stand.

Amazing Chuck
I LOVE THIS ...
R.IP Chuck!

Why does California always get the cool stuff? They should just do a small tour to help Chuck out with future recordings and stuff, but it is what it is.
Maybe because California is the center of the entertainment industry?

Sadly, won't happen now...
