Great information in these videos, however your cameraman's position, is in my opinion, adding a visual deficiency. I Believe by filming from your left side, one could visually learn more from your casting arm being in full view. Perhaps two cameras is the answer, one on either side, instuctions from the right and slowed frame rate from the left. Thanks for your help.
He really is fantastic. Granted the first time I met him and asked for help he told me I really cast like shit,lol. I was not sure what to say but he fixed me in I swear 5 minutes, as you can see why. He had me casting across that pond quick. He really is a wealth of knowledge. Were lucky to have him in our area. HE is knowledgeable or about any place you could possibly want fish in the world because he has fished it.
I love stopping into his shop. Its unlike any other fly shop and he a wealth of knowledge.

Does the rod length and weight matter for the cast?
