Squishy Amari because of what she is defined as, she is in a category once described by Jeff and I quote, reliable, low damage at range and very defensive. Yet now it's not.
She is a dps in tank... So she is basically Mei.... A stupid Hp/defence ability and stupid damage if played right.

I complain I hate stuff like that. Sombra's passive does the same thing.
you do know that zarya's ult lasts 4 times as long and has 2 metre longer range and keeps them in the air
TacoPocalypse because it's not a big deal, knowing where they are versus being able to move people around exactly where you want them to go is a completely different thing.
Zarya can combo her ult. but ORISA doesn't even need her ult, she can use the mini zar ult to pull people off the edge, away from capture, back round corners, out from corners and down from sniper spots, she counters everything but placeable as and bastions.
Oh wait, she also counters bastion.
Plus widow can see the whole team no matter where they go, and she is a sniper, Hanson is partially classed as a sniper since it's a slow firing high damage weapon. Both have an indirect damage ability, both have movement buff/abilities, both have vision assist.
zarya's ult is way more powerful than orisa's ability anyone with an ability to save themselves cant be killed, zaria can save anyone dragged in, tracer, reaper and genji can just get out and D.Va and reinhardt can shield people who are dragged in or themselves if they are dragged in. Unlike zarya's ult it doesnt hold them in place it gives them a slow which makes it a lot harder to secure the kills as they arent suspended in the air for 4 seconds like zarya's ult.
Zarya's ult takes a very long time to charge

as if the only reason im in the top 0.01 % of ALL players is because I main roady. this season my highest played are zarya, reinhardt, dva, soldier and ana, i've barely played road. I just play what's OP because that's how you climb. abuse broken heroes.

Actually not true. Sombra is being played, by high elo and low elo players. You just don't see them often, but she is fore sure not the last played hero in Overwatch.

Zaria's ult holds a whole team for a few minutes, orisa's right click holds one enemy for about one second

Why not give McCree unlimited stuns, 200 rounds a self heal, passive dodgerolls and double the damage of highnoon but also make him invisible and be able to sprint with it. That should help counter the new Dps/Support/Tank/Healer.
It's the basics - if you're standing in the spawn room in the safe area you are inactive.

The reason why her defence thing has a longer cool down is because she can use it and survive a thing like Reinhardt's ultimate.

If zarya, mercy, reinhardt, winston, dva and bastion hade a baby it would be Orisa.

I first thought that her gun was OP, but the spread is ridiculous. It will only be good against tanks or stationary targets, and without headshots, TTK is far, far longer.

I don't know what's wrong with all of you. Yes, it's a PTR. But that's the time you get to point out wrong things and hope they change before they change the game. I was reacting similar to him (albeit less over-the-top of course, he's a streamer he's got to overreact) when I saw all the shit she can do. It's a neat idea for a character, but it's too much.
There's a few ways they fix the kitchen sink approach to her:
1. Less M1 damage, no M2, no Shift, E stays, Q changes.
2. Less M1 damage, no M2, no Shift or E, Q becomes a mix of the two where she becomes a wall bullets can't get through.
3. M1 stays, no M2, no Shift or E, Q changes, she becomes a DPS.
4. Less M1 damage, higher M2 recharge, no Shift or E, Q becomes E, she becomes Support.
There's other ways to fix her, these are just what I came up with off the top of my head. They suck, but not as bad as the game-altering condition she is right now. I'm siding with TimTheOverreactMan on this. If she goes live anywhere close to as big of a garbage fire as she is, I'm quitting this game till she's fixed. Until then, I will hold judgement until she hits live.

she's well balanced she's not a hitscan she has projectiles, when she shoots she's slowed her reload time is pretty long i mean i played her but only in no limits but in a teamfight with normal comps i think that she's fine and if she's focused she cant do much in solo

She has a projectile weapon. If enemies are moving, then you won't hit every shot.

To many people complain Way too early about characters or patches be "op" and that is annoying and bad for the developers as the community helps make a better game and a bad community makes games worse. They need good feedback from the community to make there characters events, skins, voice lines, etc. and plus these people at blizzard work very hard and people don't seem to appreciate that I bet most of you guys couldn't make a pixel game. And do you know how much time they spend on making this game , heroes, events and more(it takes very long) and the bulk of overwatch community watches streamers like Tim who play overwatch a lot and they are deceived by these streamers ( no offense Tim I love watching you) and that is bad for a good game to be made and perfected
Tim, the weapon's not OP, it only does 12 damage per shot. It's not even hitscan, it's actually fast moving projectiles.
The problem with putting stock into people who are popular playing online games, but aren't actually great at any of those games.
I know this is a few months late, but it’s still triggering that he thinks she’s OP the first day on PTR against training bots. Not to mention that the 2 bots he tested her gun on they weren’t moving at all.

Coming back to this, it’s ironic that Orisa was probably one of the weakest new heroes upon release, and this was the worst the hero’s ever been over the lifetime of the game.

She isn't OP, you were just hitting all headshots. She does 7dmg/hit and 14 for headshots
yeah but thats her only source of damage zarya does 5-6 per round un charged and powers up rather easily if you're good with her so you end up being around 50-75 making her more on par. The reason why they do so much damage is because thats the only form of damage they can do and they have no mobility to get out thats why they have shields. Orisa is obviously a long range support tank not a front liner like reinhardt and zarya her damage might be brought down to like 10 but if you think about other player abilities healing and shielding the amount of damage she does won't be like that of shooting bots
