He's a passionate independent, he will perform and sing the way he wants to, only his way, nobody will dilute his message. But, he does have millions of fans all over the world, and thousands of them travel everywhere he performs.
That is most of the time true but not always. So was his song "Screaming" made with the help of a company. But Dimash dusn't sign with the industry. He is worldwide known but not by all. Dimash is free to make his own music.

MrLboyd, I always love your remarks and of course by now, you have acknowledged his skills in there fullness. On his breath control, I heard one voice teacher a few years back that I really enjoyed and he said to reach the control of the voice as Dimash does to control the actions of his range in the manner in which he does, to go low and then to high with such ease, would take a minimum of 5 years or more. Seeing as how Dimash was raised as their custom is in his home country by his grandmother, even though his parents were still involved as usual, but she was an opera singer as is his mother, and he started in music professionally at the age of 3 and on piano and other instruments. So he has been in training as he says from the time of his birth. And still even with, I think two degrees he is still in training. He has perfected the task, like none other. Keep up the good reviews as you have and are doing.

I love that he’s also clearly worked on his french pronunciation with time. The first time he covered it, he sounded amazing for a non french speaker, but there were, without surprise, mispronunciations. But now! He sounds so clean that I would have thought he was fluent. He could have just never fixed it, but he worked hard to make it right!

About to complete his PhD in Musicology (composition) until recently, his performances and projects have been carefully scheduled around his studies, a major goal, as he needed the educational weight to compose seriously and teach at the university level later in life, 2 other goals. Now that he is at the finish line, he will have the time to perform less encumbered, which is another goal, all a plan meticulously developed and prepared by an international strategic planning firm some years ago, in conjuction with he and his team, hired by his production company, DIMASHALI, which he heads solely. He is the consummate professional who does nothing that doesn't ascribe to his short and long term vision and about that, he is disciplined and unwavering. I used to send all these wonderful links to my aunt who was dying with cancer. She fought for 5 years, defying the odds and I’m so happy she got to hear and appreciate this musical phenomenon we know as Dimash. She was a singer herself and had a rich, gorgeous voice, but always appreciated great voices and music. And yes she could hear the perfection of Dimash’s singing. She used to jokingly say in wonder, “I just want to hear him make one mistake, just one - because that’ll show me he’s human! But there’s never a mistake, never! Unbelievable! Hes not from here - impossible. He’s just gorgeous. What a voice!” She passed away 10 months ago. I’m so happy I could make her happy. She loved SOS, Sinful Passion, The Love of Tired Swans. But her favorite was Adagio, with only Lara Fabian’s version taking equal honors with Dimash. So every time I hear these Dimash songs, I think of her…thanks Mr. Boyd for sharing this with your friend and letting us in on it. 😁

Hi! It's been a long time since your last Dimash's reaction and I miss it. Dimash continues very active and creative. He sang in a duet with the great Placido Domingo and last week released a new video called When I've got you. And it's wonderful! It's totally different from what we're use to see. I used to send all these wonderful links to my aunt who was dying with cancer. She fought for 5 years, defying the odds and I’m so happy she got to hear and appreciate this musical phenomenon we know as Dimash. She was a singer herself and had a rich, gorgeous voice, but always appreciated great voices and music. And yes she could hear the perfection of Dimash’s singing. She used to jokingly say in wonder, “I just want to hear him make one mistake, just one - because that’ll show me he’s human! But there’s never a mistake, never! Unbelievable! Hes not from here - impossible. He’s just gorgeous. What a voice!” She passed away 10 months ago. I’m so happy I could make her happy. She loved SOS, Sinful Passion, The Love of Tired Swans. But her favorite was Adagio, with only Lara Fabian’s version taking equal honors with Dimash. So every time I hear these Dimash songs, I think of her…thanks Mr. Boyd for sharing this with your friend and letting us in on it. 😁

The reason why more people do not recognize him is easy - he does not do mainstream music.... He does crossover, which is not that popular by today's audience, that loves upbeat songs, including ten words throughout the whole song...
