Modifying the new Start Decks! WarGreymon VS MetalGarurumon REMATCH!! | Digimon Card Game ST15/16

- This is a Digimon Card Game match video featuring a modified rematch between the new WarGreymon ACE and MetalGarurumon ACE Start Decks. Combined with previous support from its BT12 Raid line, the Black WarGreymon ACE deck becomes even more effective at controlling the field and holding the line until they are ready to finish the opponent with a decisive double attack from WarGreymon ACE. On the other hand, adding the Blue X-Antibody line from BT9 changes the MetalGarurumon ACE deck into an offensive aggro deck which takes the opponent down in a flash with a series of pseudo-Jamming attacks.

My brain hurts... I really can't help doubting my plays and trying out all the different alternate moves I can think of with these ACE decks. Unexpected repercussions of certain plays keep throwing me off. But MAN is it exciting to both test and see them in action. I don't think I can guarantee that I always make the best moves in each scenario when ACEs are involved, but I will try to keep such battles as polished as possible within my means so I hope you guys enjoy them nevertheless! Well then, time to give myself a break with some JANK BATTLES to fill the space between now and BT-14.

Wargrey spending almost this entire match with an empty Security is actually crazy
MetalGarurumon Ace is going to bring back memory blockers.
Holy crap that is actually a good combo for the X-Antibody forms. I didn't realised this was a good potential to bring in some old comrades from BT9. A bit suprised why Cool Boy isn't among them, but alas they have more than enough cards to turn the tables around them themselves.
Kudos to both for showing off their potential.
Bottom decks too many of the key cards. Your purple/black starter deck cards are the cores of both Decks, and in garurumon's case they draw you cards. Cool boy would bottom deck all of them except your 1 of greymon x.
At 5:43, when you said at 4 cost I was totally expecting Omnimon Blitz to close the game.

Forcing Digimon to attack so you can activate Counter timing effects is kinda wicked. I might make a deck that has a Black Counter monster where or uses Black in the deck and the 1 cost Black Option card "Lapalaces' Demon".
Every time I heard counter timing I could only think of the animation from buddy fight final phaseeeeee
garurumon has a drought when it comes to supports goddamn in contrast to wargrey. Bandai really has a love child called wargreymon lol
Its funny you say that cause people will complain up and down that garurumon gets way too much support right alongside green Lmao.
But I will say that garurumon gets much stronger support overall per card then greymon does. Greymon goolbox is so large though that it evens out on that forth.
@@laststep56 i couldnt say i agree, i play on the east side of the world, we had a great wall of wargreymon to deal with. Plays like examon but does it better and faster. Though you’re right garurumon is strong that new supports this upcoming bt15 might make it top tier again. We’ll see hopefully
@@KOBEASTXIV Its less about the deck being better and morr about the actual cards being better. I now in the east though you tend to dog best of 1 so that's makes less considteny decks more powerful.

How many times it didnt have a proper card, even the model kit wasnt available.
Nice battle, those 2 decks are evenly matched by themselves, but it worries me how the rest of the meta will be able to answer those match-ups, especially with how durable Greymon deck is and can be.
Wow. I did not expect that outcome. MetalGarurumon Ace memory stealing affect is too good.
Oh boy the ace decks when bt14 is out are gonna be quite eventful in my locals to say the least. I think the ace cards add a fun and unique elemnt to the game

Do you think you will make a video, or a community post breakdown of what your thoughts are about counter and blast evo? Do feel overflow is worth it, etc.?
I know everyone is pretty upset Greymon deck winning. However i want to remind everyone if it was any other deck garurumon would win in 4 turns. Thats crazy strong and I hope they come out with ace support and general support because both decks are trouble.

Yes. Special evolution requirements ignore everything else (colour, Lv. etc.) unless specified

No... MetalGrey is a Blocker too. And when it blocks, WarGrey unsuspends too

Are ACE Digimon consider their based name Digimon? Curious cause Metalgarurumon X can only digivolve on Metalgarurumon right?

The ACE WarGreymon has blocker. If they have it in hand, they are dead in the water.
What do you mean? That 2nd MetalGrey has Blocker. And when it Blocks, WarGrey will unsuspend and be able to Block too

Wanted to see how far the Blue/Purple Garuru mix could go so I focused on that instead!
Is these deck competitive on new meta?
Ish. You'd probably want to go all purple on garurumon but some one might crack the ratios on these decks.
