You know my 11 year old has ADHD, SPD & mid way through his autism diagnosis, but it’s such a fight to get anywhere with health care and schools. He went through primary with no help as nothing was official or understood. He’s been in big school for 6 weeks and his life is totally changed. He has a one to one in class, he understands so so much more, comes home excited about what he’s been learning in school, babies being thrown overboard in war time was an interesting topic on the school run home today! 🙈🤣
He doesn’t cope with loud noises or crowds, but he’s coming on leaps and bounds. More people need to talk about their conditions to make it less taboo and more accepted. Well done gents! Not watched it all yet but 10 minutes in, looking forward to the rest! 😊

Fantastic to hear he's doing better with school now.
We completely agree that these discussions should be brought forward more often to give everyone a better understanding of the conditions.
As you get further into the video you'll learn Aidan didn't cope with loud noises or crowds in the beginning, but paintball has given him the tools to cope better both at games and in is day to day life, so who knows, one day your son may join you on the field! Nothings impossible!

Hello mate! It’s good to hear that this video has touched home with someone, that was my goal coming into this interview and it’s a good feeling

@@Wwesattitudeit’s funny you touched on something at the end, even if the video reaches 50 people. I’ve always been of the mindset that if you sat in a room with 50 people who were watching something you yourself made, that’s an incredible thing to do. I’ve always found it best to never fixate one numbers, metrics or anything else to define my worth when I make something, I make it for me, and anyone else watches, that’s a bonus!
It’s made hearing your story to the end though, resonates on so many levels throughout. It helps greatly you’ve found your place within a team who not only understand but also push you to become the better you with marker in hand, and as you said, when that mask goes down, it’s game on! Everything else goes out the window and your only place in life is right there on that field, pushing the objective and doing yourself proud!
Top story my man! Keep pushing, keep fighting, and come find me hiding in a bush one day, can’t promise I’ll hold back but you’ve got to promise you won’t either! 💪💪
