- How to install the upper crash bars of the Benelli TRK 702X. The crash bars were bought from Aliexpress arrived without assembly instructions, hence the video. Having worked as a mechanic myself I've had adequate experience in determining torque specifications and can make an educated guess. However proceed at your own risk. We take no responsibility for any damages you might do to your motorcycle.

Hi, thank you for the amazing videos :) I am planing to buy TRK702X and I need your honest review? Is it good at all, comparing value and quality? Because one of the travelers i meet had a gearbox problem after 13000km. So watching your video and the issue with the chain u had, did you manage to solve or you have replaced with the new one?
I have had a feeling we have been overpaying for our bikes. And it seems the Chinese are ready to help us getting more smiles for euro now.
I do love watching reviews of chinese bikes, now they are making more up market products.
Yes sadly dem shy-knees have become the factory of the world.. it's a slippery slope that one if you know what I mean

No instructions with mine either,, and one or two scratches
After seeing the paint scratches on yours, I think I will go for the stainless steel version. But good video for me to follow 👍
Glad to help out.. however keep in mind the chrome might not last very long if you live near water..

Congratulations as that was a very tricky install considering no instructions were included in the box,the crash bars are impressive & look fantastic on the Benelli just a shame they were badly packed & sustained some paint damage. Will you be installing a set of auxiliary lights to the bike?
Hehehehe Auxiliary lights ...that cracked me up because it's so me to do that....but it is the wife's bike and she probably won't have it... Love the thought though ...
and yes the scratches really got me right peeved ... but as I said in the comment above "my wife is happy she has her crash bars finally after the long wait so all's well that ends well."..thank you for watching ..
verry nice and good to watch to see how it has to be installed when you installed the under crashbar did you have to make sure the engine did not move and what are the torque specs for those bolts?
Thank you so much for your comment ... I installed the lower crash bars with no engine movement however there was a problem with the nuts that came with the lower crash bars, they didn't seem to fit properly and I had a hard time trying..so I just used the original bolts and that worked out. I can't exactly remember what torque specs I used right now (because it was a long time ago- and I don't even remember what I eat for lunch today lol ) but if I recall them I will let you know.
