Chawal ki Kheer Recipe Hindi me - Ingredients:
Doodh - 2 liter (full cream, agar toned, to add kare malai 4 tbsp)
Kesar - 2 pinch
Chawal - 100g / 2 fistful
Cheeni - 200g ya fir kam
Kishmis - 2 tbsp
Badaam - 5-6

A very nice recipe with a great presentation. I have basmati rice in my home and I was thinking that for kheer we need usually small grains and I like the tricks you tell us like grind the rice grains to small pieces .these tricks are normally missing in other cookery videos.
