its not likely to get nominated for game of the year due to the press under rating it to avoid the activists trying to nuke the game. political rubbish that has nothing to do with the lore and this game will derail anyone trying to nominate or vote for it. i dont get it - its a video game, in an already established universe. why try to wreck it all for points scoring with an audience who dont even play games in the main?

also gears was like a lot of games, inspired by warhammer 40k universe
