She the worker for Midland County, Michigan, her name is Pat. She put down on her paper I gave him Coke Cane" After going back and forth to Court, the Judge finally listened to me, when I said, "What Doctor would prescribe a child coke, when it was ampicillin for an ear infection? I was so glad we had a good standing Judge, though I later sued and won...The next time they tied that BS I told them. "I fell for this before and you will be Taped as soon as you pull in the Driveway, because I love easy money, and I will sue the hell out of you...You have to tape and record every word. No Doctor is going to give a child coke...Not kidding. These people are sick as Hitler was.

Carlos- I am also a CPS worker and I have struggled with the amount of medication given to our dependent children. Some of the foster parents also interfere with the case plan and the parents ability to reunify with their children due to having an agenda.. some of the ridiculous allegations against parents are ridiculous and will forever haunt me. My career is ruined because I have advocated for parents and children who don't have the ability to defend themselves and my coworkers' are a bunch of cowards who are in it for the paycheck. Carlos, you are absolutely right. I suffered in Florida's system for years up until my 18th birthday. I was taken away from everyone I loved and chucked into the system. I ended up in a place called Daniel Memorial in Jacksonville where my rights were frequently violated. Keep up the good work, NOW you are a hero.
I have heard these same horror stories from many other people who used to work for CPS. Some were so disgusted that they simply quit. IF CPS COMES TO YOUR HOUSE: *Don't let them in *If they have the police with them, ask to see a warrant. If they do not have one, do not let them in *Be polite but be firm. You do not have to talk to them. You do not have to let them in. If they HAVE a warrant and you must let them in: *Call a lawyer or an advocate IMMEDIATELY *Record with a video camera if you can and let them know you are recording *Don't volunteer information *Be polite but know your rights. You do not have to talk to them at all. These are powerful people and they have the power to destroy your entire life. PROTECT YOURSELF.
Also too add to this, if the police are there but only the case worker is trying to gain entrance and the police are loitering around that is proof they do not have a warrant, do not speak to any of them. Call the sheriff's office and tell them that CPS is at your door there is police officer's on your property and obviously they do not have a warrant or otherwise a police officer would have been at the door first and warrant would be given to you Tell the sheriff's office that you are going to give them the opportunity to have a superior to the police on your property to depart immediately because they are only there for intimidated purposes.
This hurts my heart. I worked at my local boys and girls club for 2 years and I got a real good chance to get to know all the kids and saw how amazing they are. When I encountered the foster kids they were so pure hearted and always felt left out and different. I remember a kid who got stolen from his home told me , "miss Cynthia do you know why I am so good? Because my foster mom said if I'm good I'll get adopted faster and maybe get to see my dad again. " My heart broke. No one deserves this. I have faith that some foster parents be good to the kids but in other cases I feel they are just in it for the money which is so painful! I love kids and are very smart and I WOULD NEVER HAVE THE ETHIC TO WORK FOR CPS. Parents should be able to discipline their child without worrying about their kids being taken away !!

Carlos, you just eerily described exactly how my son was removed from our home. EXACTLY. Even after taking 3 SPONTANEOUS drug tests and passing every one because I don't do drugs, they still are accusing me of having substance abuse problems because I admitted to having a couple of glasses of wine on a Friday night. What brought them to my house was my nutcase nosy next door neighbor who has called CPS on a couple people, who I only talked to twice last year when I first moved in. Even there has never been a shred of evidence substantiating abuse, neglect, mistreatment. They didn't do an actual investigation, and YES, I recorded the interview. When they questioned my 9 year old son at school, they asked him how often does he see me drink. He said 2 or 3 times a year. I don't drink around him. She also claimed that she thinks it's odd that he is "protective" of me because he wasn't giving her the answers she was hoping for. Really? I have been a loving, devoted, single mom since he has been born. My exact answer to her was that I am just as protective of him. Thank God my son was placed with close family, so he didn't suffer severe psychological and emotional damage by being ripped from everything he knew and loves. This is all a nightmare. There was NO REASON to do this to us. We went from planning our Spring break trip to the beach to running on a constant hamster wheel. This has completely consumed my entire family and no one can make any sense of it. All you have to do is see my kiddo and me together and tell he is completely loved and adored, and like wise. He had to have a psychological evaluation, and the psychologist couldn't even wrap his brain around what is happening or why my son was taken from me. The caseworker is utterly confused. She's been in my home. She's interacted with my son. She's spoken with my family who we are all close, she's done home studies, and cannot understand why the investigator was so malicious in her actions, words, and reports. Not a single person, friends, family, or the agency that is now involved can understand what is going on. We caught the investigator in lie after lie after lie. ON RECORD.

My best friend is now going through a similar experience her daughter has been with a family member as well but in this case, the family were the ones calling cps saying false things! So They got exactly what they wanted! My best friend has all but given up that the decision to strip her of her parental rights permanently with out a single "Real" shred of evidence! The same members instigated and called up.All instances were unfounded but my children and I were placed into the FAR program and targeted again for "behavioral research" through educational grants. I worked for CPS as a maintenance worker, I used to sit in on the monthly staff meetings and saw for myself what happened behind closed doors. I can tell you that there are indeed all kinds of incentives and funding for removing children and destroying the nuclear family. Another part of Job & Family is the Child Support Enforcement Agency. This organization within JFS rakes in millions of dollars to feed their own greed. JFS, CPS and CSEA all need to be held accountable, I used to believe these organizations really cared about families, after working there I know they in fact only care about themselves.

The DDS WORKERS that took my granddaughters out of their home environment are Tiffany Price, Kathy Stone Supervisor, Brenda Womble a former Magistrate who couldn't hold her job too long so she went to work at CPS. The others are Betty Kelly Head Supervisor and Program Director of 100 Counties in N.C. Glen Osborne Director of DSS. My grandchildren are now placed with their paternal grandmother who physcially abuses them by slapping their face hitting them in the stomach with her fist as does their half sister both were yanked by 1 arm and thrown against a wall not only were they sent to bed 3 nights in a row without any supper they had lice in their hair every week. She emotionally abuses them by calling them stupid bitches. My granddaughters are in the gifted class pulling in straight A's as I worked with them when my daughter had custody.They were ages 6 and 10 when my 10 year old started talking about sucide. She said she might as well kill herself before her granny does and because she paid a DSS worker money the DSS WORKER DID AS SHE ASKED. MY GRANDDAUGHTERSVARE LIVING " IN A HELLHOLE" PER BOTH MY GRANDDAUGHTERS. THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER ABANDONED HER OWN SON WHO WAS RAISED BY HIS PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS. Heck she didn't even know when the 2nd child was born until she was 4 months old.

Thanks for this. Ive been haraSsed for years by cps. My ex has made 6 false reports for outlandish things. Ive been cleared every time. The last time cps forced their way into my home because my ex was arrested for pulling a gun on me in front of my daughter. I asked them to schedule a time later that week because my daughter hates cps and she was very shaken by the gun incident since it had happened less than 24 hrs prior. They threatened to take her if i didnt allow the interview. They didnt interview my ex for 6 weeks,almost until the end of the 60 day case period. Thank you for showing the truth, you're a good man.

Yes, same here..I was tricked by them, I did Everything they asked of me, they intimidated me, manipulated my children, they took my son partly due to my disability, then handed him to his father that my son had accused of touching him inappropriately!! They were do angry when I passed the saliva test that they forced me to take a hair test. My life was destroyed because I'd smoked pot at a party 6 months prior. I don't drink, my home was clean and safe. My son was healthy but at 1 and a half he was nonverbal. I was penalized for this as well though later he was diagnosed with Autism. They claimed he was neglected before having him evaluated for a disability. I was a foster child and was horribly abused in 1 of the homes. The woman who came to investigate was known to me, she'd had an affair with my ex husband while we were married. When I reported it to her supervisor I was called a liar. It was a living hell. I am a grandmother in the state of Florida who has not rights to her grandchildren that were adopted by the other grandmother when both my son and her daughter were deceased. The children have always been a big part of my life and me of theirs. They have let their parents and that is enough without taking away all the love that I can give them. One of the the girls has expressed to the guardian ad litem that she would like to live with me. There is no voice heard for the children. The system does nothing to protect their rights.

My wife and I are having to deal with cps right now. They have my wife's daughter in foster care and has made it next to impossible for us to get her back. They are taking advantage of the fact I have no way to get a lawyer to help defend against their unfounded accusations. It hurts my heart and soul to see my wife in tears because we don't have our baby girl. I would give anything for help on getting cps out of our lives and our daughter back.
I should have saw this when I heard CPS was called on me. Has a parent I wasn't perfect. A several times I did snapped at my child by spankings him. One thing for sure. I never or will do any drugs in my life. I don't smoke cigarettes nor do I drink alcohol. My son was detianed from me by CP's in August 2013 in Glenn County, California. My son did go into foster about month and half. Until the judge made a decision that he lives with his father. I was more afraid of him living with his father. He's father is an alcoholic, does drugs, and smokes weed. Before the court made the decision of my son moving in with his father and transferring the case. One of his father's visition on a Thursday in the bringing of October. The social worker let my child go with his father. She never called me to let me know or even canceled my visition with my son the next day. I found out by the woman that did the supervised visition with me and whom was my son's transportation. That he was with his father. I called my social worker the day after he went with his father on my visition day. She didn't call me back at all until the following week. I wasted a trip for me to see my son for nothing. Part of me has a strange feeling that the parteral grandmother and the father of my son paid off Child Protective Services. I don't know if that can be possible. I don't know if I can find out about. I don't trust the grandmother and the father of my son. What is it can I do and how to do it. All I want is my son back with me.
i went to school with bruises, and my teacher called my DAD to tell him that i was showing my bruises to other children instead of calling the police. every teacher knew what was happening, but none of them did anything about it. i wish CPS would have came for me..

Thank you Mr Morales, for exposing this revolting epidemic. I once worked in group homes and fought against the system you are exposing. The system was guilty of the warehousing of "the developmentally disabled" population . . .Many of them children. I was engaged in actually helping get these kids off the drugs and instead offering them respect and encouraging them to feel woŕhy. When my "therapy" began showing excellent results; I was driven off. I had held the naive notion the system would embrace this " miracle of healing". But to my horror; their only concern was the loss of funds occurring when these little one's were healed. I worked for 6 years fighting the system you describe. I have quite a story to tell. I do regret that you used profanity in this video; otherwise, it would be a good source to share at church since several church people, even ministers, in my state have been attacked by these so-called "child protection" agencies. Using an anonymous phone call as "evidence" should be eliminated. Some people are using this source of "reporting" as a means to show malice toward people they don't like. Also, as you pointed out, investigators should be trained in investigating. And last, putting a person's name on a "child maltreatment" list when the person has not committed any crimes and has no criminal record is another practice which should be abolished. You are correct in that these agencies are using Nazi tactics to control not only children but the adults who love these children and are trying to take care of them. Yes they break up families not help them and I saw people laughing after court too and this was the foster mom and the child's casa when they should have been sad for the family they are cold hearted and also the casa lady was friends with the other family member not professional at all and they don't help with the programs to get the child back in the home and they make up lies and base their assumptions from their own opinions and not facts. I really wish I had saw this before the Bull s*it that Tucson has done. I wish I would have never dreamt of Arizona living on this beautiful land. My nightmare started last August 15'. and I been to court on average 2 x a month. leading me on for over 9 months. Unfortunately I had gone into a diabetic coma. My daughter that day decided not to do her job to make extra money which was to help and take my 9 year-old to his bus stop.She was running late and decided not to get him to the bus stop. well in a way I had a little angle alone I taught my children right. He couldn't wake me up. so he called 911 and the EMT came and basically since I was combating and was very disoriented. The EMTS decided that I was not corporateing. the called the sheriff's department. T EMT. just left even tho my son kept telling them that my sugars were hurting me. That's makes my heart break.I was asked about my medication and I was told my children were being taken out of my custody. I have never realized what was going on after they left. I took my blood sugar and it was at 24.. I f my son wasn't there.My children would have came home to a dead mother. so tell me what should have been done before thinking of taking the children........*
I have been blacklisted because I won my case and did my job. The judge that I won the cases in front of did not appoint me another case. Doing your job is not a good idea if the judge has to appoint you to the case, because you wont get anymore appointments.

I feel like I just watched my life. My worker kidnapped my kids. She knew I had ran out of gas on my way to do my UA she drove past me to get my kids! I was NOT SERVED anything until the first court date and even still I wasnt told what it was
They also have a foster parent website that reads like an adoption agency...within six months, you can adopt a baby, because baby court is different...they can have a baby in that short of time. Quicker than some waiting lists at actual adoption agencies.
In some areas cps has to have a sworn affidavit with whoever made the accusations name and signature on it, and if you ask them to produce it, they have to show it to you. They usually don't have it and have little to go with. They rely on people not knowing and acquiescing to their request.
Dfcs in GA told me to my face in 2008 that it stays anonymous andvwe are never allowed to find out who made the report. Even thr attornwy I hired eho never showed up for court BTW!#! Told me the same thing. 😡

I lost my son for 6 months because I had a violent seizure. I have Epilepsy and my husband called 911 for a paramedic. I had passed out by the time they got there, but spent 3 days in the hospital because I slammed my head against the wall when the seizure hit. A week later, CPS showed up at my house when I was getting ready to pick up my son from school. They were with a cop and told me that they took my son out of school and needed clothes. They claimed if I resisted, I would be arrested. I started having an Aura and could hardly talk because of this and called my husband and handed the phone to the police officer. The police officer felt horrible about what this lady was doing to me. He knew something was not right and tried to get me to relax, but when a seizure is imminent, you can't stop them. The officer stayed with me when the CPS lady left. After she left, I had a Grand Mal. That officer knew it was coming and was trying to keep me from falling out while that woman was there. After I did, I found out that officer stayed with me, called paramedics, and made sure I was ok. He moved everything out of my way, moved me onto my side, and just stayed there. I found out his name was Jim. He also came to the court hearing and said that I had an Epileptic Seizure, and instead of going off on the lady, he noticed that I was not well because I quit talking. He told the judge that he has a brother with Epilepsy and he saw the same thing from me that he saw in his brother. He told the judge that if I lose my kids because I have Epilepsy, they might as well take all kids from parents who have medical conditions. He also said that I was surprisingly calm during the ordeal and didn't do anything wrong. He could tell that I was trying to keep the Aura from becoming a full blown Grand Mal in front of the woman. His testimony was ignored by the judge. No matter what, I was this horrible person because I have Epilepsy.
This happened 5 years ago. We have our son back and he is doing very well. We ended up becoming friends with the foster family and they have gone out of their way to help us over the years. There was one year after we got our son back that they helped us get gas for the propane tank that heated the mobile home we lived in. I called her up and asked if Trevor could stay the night because I had to deal with our home being 23 degrees inside. I didn't expect what came from that call. They called the company they used for propane and had them meet at our home. They asked if I was sure I wanted to stay in there, and I said "someone needs to make sure this place is defrosted and the pipes unfreeze." They told me that they would check on me to make sure I was ok. That is a very rare thing you see. They didn't care about the money, they just wanted to make sure we were safe. They gave us 2 weeks worth of Propane and when I told them I would pay them back, they declined. They told me it was a gift to have me and my son in their lives, no matter how we came into it.
I never really understood what you said about the children NOT belonging to the parent, they belong to the government until I went to court with my friend who had been railroaded by CPS. She said "These children ARE my property and I want them back", the judge, the workers and all the other nasty bitches in court all laughed, they even said "Oh you think they are "your" property"? They actually said that. Now I understand what you meant by that statement.
When you gave birth you filled out for a birth certificate and they put a lovely note in the newspaper saying you and your husband had a lil boy or girl. well what actually happen is you became an informant on your child saying that he or she is the actual person on the birth certificate and the Vatican had the hospital get you to fill out that contract which is like a deed to a house and the vatican actually held your placenta hostage putting notice in the newspaper for anybody to claim this child and you not knowing to claim your placenta never questioned it nor to claim to your deed so it went unclaimed and the rights of that child became the popes. now he got a certificate of live birth for that which is nothing but a bond and he now has that bond on the market and is making money off of it. Now all this is based off merry time. The Law of the seas and now you have been claimed dead. The certificate is good for 75 yrs. that is how long they expect you to work. How it all got started was back in 1943 The U.S. went bankrupt. They had to come up with a way to pay the bill back and well we were all sold into slavery and our certificates are collateral. none of our children belong to us. They are the Govts. You see we have been tricked, Why do you think if you were born here in the United States of America do we have to be citizens? Because back in 1943 when all this happend the only way to get money is you had to be a corporate entity so they formed D.C. and it is it's own country separate from the United States of America. See D.C. only has jurisdiction of a ten mile radius around D.C.. It has no control over the 52 States but you can't tell because the American People are just handing it over to them. So you are not of The United States of America but of The United States and thats why they don't care about our rights because they don't belong to us but The People of the U.S.A. So your child is not yours but only to babysit cause they don't wanna be bothered plus you have been claimed dead anyways. They have to have jurisdiction and they don't. People need to challenge jurisdiction. The courts are based on merrytime law and not common law. They can not touch us under common law. but most people don't know that and just sign and the moment you do that you gave them jurisdiction. The laws they go by only apply to those that work for the Govt only not the People. They have no oaths. No law enforcement officer has sworn to the right oath and he does not have the right to do his job duties. We do not have to a liscence to travel nor register our cars when you do that you just signed it over to them. Nor do we need insurance. The moment you sign up for any of that then you gave them jurisdiction and possession over your property. It is a messed up Govt and thats the reason I denounced my citizenship to the U.S. and filed a UCC 1 and took back my birth certificate and it is insured for 2000000000.00 and that has to be paid me if they try to claim another cent of my money. The birth certificate has value because for doing what they did all americans are supposed to have all our bills paid. That was the promise of the U.S. Thats why you get charge offs because it comes from your acct. google it or look it up on You Tube.

She the worker for Midland County, Michigan, her name is Pat. She put down on her paper I gave him Coke Cane" After going back and forth to Court, the Judge finally listened to me, when I said, "What Doctor would prescribe a child coke, when it was ampicillin for an ear infection? I was so glad we had a good standing Judge, though I later sued and won...The next time they tied that BS I told them. "I fell for this before and you will be Taped as soon as you pull in the Driveway, because I love easy money, and I will sue the hell out of you...You have to tape and record every word. No Doctor is going to give a child coke...Not kidding. These people are sick as Hitler was.

Carlos- I am also a CPS worker and I have struggled with the amount of medication given to our dependent children. Some of the foster parents also interfere with the case plan and the parents ability to reunify with their children due to having an agenda.. some of the ridiculous allegations against parents are ridiculous and will forever haunt me. My career is ruined because I have advocated for parents and children who don't have the ability to defend themselves and my coworkers' are a bunch of cowards who are in it for the paycheck. Carlos, you are absolutely right. I suffered in Florida's system for years up until my 18th birthday. I was taken away from everyone I loved and chucked into the system. I ended up in a place called Daniel Memorial in Jacksonville where my rights were frequently violated. Keep up the good work, NOW you are a hero.

I have heard these same horror stories from many other people who used to work for CPS. Some were so disgusted that they simply quit.
IF CPS COMES TO YOUR HOUSE:
*Don't let them in
*If they have the police with them, ask to see a warrant. If they do not have one, do not let them in
*Be polite but be firm. You do not have to talk to them. You do not have to let them in.
If they HAVE a warrant and you must let them in:
*Call a lawyer or an advocate IMMEDIATELY
*Record with a video camera if you can and let them know you are recording
*Don't volunteer information
*Be polite but know your rights. You do not have to talk to them at all.
These are powerful people and they have the power to destroy your entire life. PROTECT YOURSELF.
Also too add to this, if the police are there but only the case worker is trying to gain entrance and the police are loitering around that is proof they do not have a warrant, do not speak to any of them. Call the sheriff's office and tell them that CPS is at your door there is police officer's on your property and obviously they do not have a warrant or otherwise a police officer would have been at the door first and warrant would be given to you
Tell the sheriff's office that you are going to give them the opportunity to have a superior to the police on your property to depart immediately because they are only there for intimidated purposes.
The deputies and Cps will lick your door in even if you say no.

This hurts my heart. I worked at my local boys and girls club for 2 years and I got a real good chance to get to know all the kids and saw how amazing they are. When I encountered the foster kids they were so pure hearted and always felt left out and different. I remember a kid who got stolen from his home told me , "miss Cynthia do you know why I am so good? Because my foster mom said if I'm good I'll get adopted faster and maybe get to see my dad again. " My heart broke. No one deserves this. I have faith that some foster parents be good to the kids but in other cases I feel they are just in it for the money which is so painful! I love kids and are very smart and I WOULD NEVER HAVE THE ETHIC TO WORK FOR CPS. Parents should be able to discipline their child without worrying about their kids being taken away !!

Carlos, you just eerily described exactly how my son was removed from our home. EXACTLY. Even after taking 3 SPONTANEOUS drug tests and passing every one because I don't do drugs, they still are accusing me of having substance abuse problems because I admitted to having a couple of glasses of wine on a Friday night. What brought them to my house was my nutcase nosy next door neighbor who has called CPS on a couple people, who I only talked to twice last year when I first moved in. Even there has never been a shred of evidence substantiating abuse, neglect, mistreatment. They didn't do an actual investigation, and YES, I recorded the interview. When they questioned my 9 year old son at school, they asked him how often does he see me drink. He said 2 or 3 times a year. I don't drink around him. She also claimed that she thinks it's odd that he is "protective" of me because he wasn't giving her the answers she was hoping for. Really? I have been a loving, devoted, single mom since he has been born. My exact answer to her was that I am just as protective of him. Thank God my son was placed with close family, so he didn't suffer severe psychological and emotional damage by being ripped from everything he knew and loves. This is all a nightmare. There was NO REASON to do this to us. We went from planning our Spring break trip to the beach to running on a constant hamster wheel. This has completely consumed my entire family and no one can make any sense of it. All you have to do is see my kiddo and me together and tell he is completely loved and adored, and like wise. He had to have a psychological evaluation, and the psychologist couldn't even wrap his brain around what is happening or why my son was taken from me. The caseworker is utterly confused. She's been in my home. She's interacted with my son. She's spoken with my family who we are all close, she's done home studies, and cannot understand why the investigator was so malicious in her actions, words, and reports. Not a single person, friends, family, or the agency that is now involved can understand what is going on. We caught the investigator in lie after lie after lie. ON RECORD.

My best friend is now going through a similar experience her daughter has been with a family member as well but in this case, the family were the ones calling cps saying false things! So They got exactly what they wanted! My best friend has all but given up that the decision to strip her of her parental rights permanently with out a single "Real" shred of evidence! Is now immanent. I need to help her het some resources to help. She has already submitted almost 2 years of weekly drug screens that all came up negative also... it's so messed up! I personally know mother's that actually shouldn't have custody of their children it's so disturbing!

Two months from a Master's degree in Clinical, I was attacked by cybercrime and lost all my work. At the time I didn.t realize my own family desperate for money targeted me. The same members instigated and called up.All instances were unfounded but my children and I were placed into the FAR program and targeted again for "behavioral research" through educational grants. This is called HUMAN TRAFfICKING!!! The most vunerable populations are the ones most targeted. It is exploitation to the greatest degree, It is so disgusting! After CPS fulfills the requirements and everyonegets paid the family's forgotten. Thankyou for speaking out. I worked for CPS as a maintenance worker, I used to sit in on the monthly staff meetings and saw for myself what happened behind closed doors. I can tell you that there are indeed all kinds of incentives and funding for removing children and destroying the nuclear family. Another part of Job & Family is the Child Support Enforcement Agency. This organization within JFS rakes in millions of dollars to feed their own greed. JFS, CPS and CSEA all need to be held accountable, I used to believe these organizations really cared about families, after working there I know they in fact only care about themselves.

When my children were little I was terrified to speak out. They are a very scary organization of corruption! However as I age my fear is getting less and less. Placing children in foster home where they are abused raped killed. They get bonus for every child they remove from home. The DDS WORKERS that took my granddaughters out of their home environment are Tiffany Price, Kathy Stone Supervisor, Brenda Womble a former Magistrate who couldn't hold her job too long so she went to work at CPS. The others are Betty Kelly Head Supervisor and Program Director of 100 Counties in N.C. Glen Osborne Director of DSS. My grandchildren are now placed with their paternal grandmother who physcially abuses them by slapping their face hitting them in the stomach with her fist as does their half sister both were yanked by 1 arm and thrown against a wall not only were they sent to bed 3 nights in a row without any supper they had lice in their hair every week. She emotionally abuses them by calling them stupid bitches. My granddaughters are in the gifted class pulling in straight A's as I worked with them when my daughter had custody.They were ages 6 and 10 when my 10 year old started talking about sucide. She said she might as well kill herself before her granny does and because she paid a DSS worker money the DSS WORKER DID AS SHE ASKED. MY GRANDDAUGHTERSVARE LIVING " IN A HELLHOLE" PER BOTH MY GRANDDAUGHTERS. THE PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER ABANDONED HER OWN SON WHO WAS RAISED BY HIS PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS. Heck she didn't even know when the 2nd child was born until she was 4 months old.

Thanks for this. Ive been haraSsed for years by cps. My ex has made 6 false reports for outlandish things. Ive been cleared every time. The last time cps forced their way into my home because my ex was arrested for pulling a gun on me in front of my daughter. I asked them to schedule a time later that week because my daughter hates cps and she was very shaken by the gun incident since it had happened less than 24 hrs prior. They threatened to take her if i didnt allow the interview. They didnt interview my ex for 6 weeks,almost until the end of the 60 day case period. Thank you for showing the truth, you're a good man.

Yes, same here..I was tricked by them, I did Everything they asked of me, they intimidated me, manipulated my children, they took my son partly due to my disability, then handed him to his father that my son had accused of touching him inappropriately!! I'm pregnant right now, and I feel I can't fight anymore, why? Because I'm scared, I don't do drugs, drink or anything. I've NEVER abused my children, my 18 yr old has to sneak me a visitation with her brother once in a blue moon. My little boy is 7, and our loving family was torn apart. :'(

Thank you so much for your honesty and breaking your silence. My son was taken and put with my in laws thankfully because I'd smoked pot 6 months prior to their visit. They were do angry when I passed the saliva test that they forced me to take a hair test. My life was destroyed because I'd smoked pot at a party 6 months prior. I don't drink, my home was clean and safe. My son was healthy but at 1 and a half he was nonverbal. I was penalized for this as well though later he was diagnosed with Autism. They claimed he was neglected before having him evaluated for a disability. I was a foster child and was horribly abused in 1 of the homes. The woman who came to investigate was known to me, she'd had an affair with my ex husband while we were married. When I reported it to her supervisor I was called a liar. It was a living hell. You are a hero. You're probably doing more for children now than you ever did working for the system

Many people/Judges/ attorneys/ caseworkers etc and members of CPS and CSS may be liable and guilty under the following Criminal code / protecting against deprivation of rights. I am a grandmother in the state of Florida who has not rights to her grandchildren that were adopted by the other grandmother when both my son and her daughter were deceased. The children have always been a big part of my life and me of theirs. They have let their parents and that is enough without taking away all the love that I can give them. One of the the girls has expressed to the guardian ad litem that she would like to live with me. There is no voice heard for the children. The system does nothing to protect their rights.

This guy speaks the truth. I’ve had dealings with this system. Not every foster home is bad. My grandchildren had good foster parents. Social workers will lie on u.
My wife and I are having to deal with cps right now. They have my wife's daughter in foster care and has made it next to impossible for us to get her back. They are taking advantage of the fact I have no way to get a lawyer to help defend against their unfounded accusations. It hurts my heart and soul to see my wife in tears because we don't have our baby girl. I would give anything for help on getting cps out of our lives and our daughter back.
I should have saw this when I heard CPS was called on me. Has a parent I wasn't perfect. A several times I did snapped at my child by spankings him. One thing for sure. I never or will do any drugs in my life. I don't smoke cigarettes nor do I drink alcohol. My son was detianed from me by CP's in August 2013 in Glenn County, California. My son did go into foster about month and half. Until the judge made a decision that he lives with his father. I was more afraid of him living with his father. He's father is an alcoholic, does drugs, and smokes weed. Before the court made the decision of my son moving in with his father and transferring the case. One of his father's visition on a Thursday in the bringing of October. The social worker let my child go with his father. She never called me to let me know or even canceled my visition with my son the next day. I found out by the woman that did the supervised visition with me and whom was my son's transportation. That he was with his father. I called my social worker the day after he went with his father on my visition day. She didn't call me back at all until the following week. I wasted a trip for me to see my son for nothing. Part of me has a strange feeling that the parteral grandmother and the father of my son paid off Child Protective Services. I don't know if that can be possible. I don't know if I can find out about. I don't trust the grandmother and the father of my son. What is it can I do and how to do it. All I want is my son back with me.
i went to school with bruises, and my teacher called my DAD to tell him that i was showing my bruises to other children instead of calling the police. every teacher knew what was happening, but none of them did anything about it. i wish CPS would have came for me..

I once worked in group homes and fought against the system you are exposing.
The system was guilty of the warehousing of "the developmentally disabled" population . . .Many of them children.
I was engaged in actually helping get these kids off the drugs and instead offering them respect and encouraging them to feel woŕhy. When my "therapy" began showing excellent results; I was driven off. I had held the naive notion the system would embrace this " miracle of healing". But to my horror; their only concern was the loss of funds occurring when these little one's were healed.
I worked for 6 years fighting the system you describe.

I do regret that you used profanity in this video; otherwise, it would be a good source to share at church since several church people, even ministers, in my state have been attacked by these so-called "child protection" agencies. Using an anonymous phone call as "evidence" should be eliminated. Some people are using this source of "reporting" as a means to show malice toward people they don't like. Also, as you pointed out, investigators should be trained in investigating. And last, putting a person's name on a "child maltreatment" list when the person has not committed any crimes and has no criminal record is another practice which should be abolished. You are correct in that these agencies are using Nazi tactics to control not only children but the adults who love these children and are trying to take care of them. Yes they break up families not help them and I saw people laughing after court too and this was the foster mom and the child's casa when they should have been sad for the family they are cold hearted and also the casa lady was friends with the other family member not professional at all and they don't help with the programs to get the child back in the home and they make up lies and base their assumptions from their own opinions and not facts. I really wish I had saw this before the Bull s*it that Tucson has done. I wish I would have never dreamt of Arizona living on this beautiful land. My nightmare started last August 15'. and I been to court on average 2 x a month. leading me on for over 9 months. Unfortunately I had gone into a diabetic coma. My daughter that day decided not to do her job to make extra money which was to help and take my 9 year-old to his bus stop.She was running late and decided not to get him to the bus stop. well in a way I had a little angle alone I taught my children right. He couldn't wake me up. so he called 911 and the EMT came and basically since I was combating and was very disoriented. The EMTS decided that I was not corporateing. the called the sheriff's department. T EMT. just left even tho my son kept telling them that my sugars were hurting me. That's makes my heart break.I was asked about my medication and I was told my children were being taken out of my custody. I have never realized what was going on after they left. I took my blood sugar and it was at 24.. I f my son wasn't there.My children would have came home to a dead mother. so tell me what should have been done before thinking of taking the children........*

I have been blacklisted because I won my case and did my job. The judge that I won the cases in front of did not appoint me another case. Doing your job is not a good idea if the judge has to appoint you to the case, because you wont get anymore appointments.

They also have a foster parent website that reads like an adoption agency...within six months, you can adopt a baby, because baby court is different...they can have a baby in that short of time. Quicker than some waiting lists at actual adoption agencies.

In some areas cps has to have a sworn affidavit with whoever made the accusations name and signature on it, and if you ask them to produce it, they have to show it to you. They usually don't have it and have little to go with. They rely on people not knowing and acquiescing to their request.
Dfcs in GA told me to my face in 2008 that it stays anonymous andvwe are never allowed to find out who made the report. Even thr attornwy I hired eho never showed up for court BTW!#! Told me the same thing. 😡

I lost my son for 6 months because I had a violent seizure. I have Epilepsy and my husband called 911 for a paramedic. I had passed out by the time they got there, but spent 3 days in the hospital because I slammed my head against the wall when the seizure hit. A week later, CPS showed up at my house when I was getting ready to pick up my son from school. They were with a cop and told me that they took my son out of school and needed clothes. They claimed if I resisted, I would be arrested. I started having an Aura and could hardly talk because of this and called my husband and handed the phone to the police officer. The police officer felt horrible about what this lady was doing to me. He knew something was not right and tried to get me to relax, but when a seizure is imminent, you can't stop them. The officer stayed with me when the CPS lady left. After she left, I had a Grand Mal. That officer knew it was coming and was trying to keep me from falling out while that woman was there. After I did, I found out that officer stayed with me, called paramedics, and made sure I was ok. He moved everything out of my way, moved me onto my side, and just stayed there. I found out his name was Jim. He also came to the court hearing and said that I had an Epileptic Seizure, and instead of going off on the lady, he noticed that I was not well because I quit talking. He told the judge that he has a brother with Epilepsy and he saw the same thing from me that he saw in his brother. He told the judge that if I lose my kids because I have Epilepsy, they might as well take all kids from parents who have medical conditions. He also said that I was surprisingly calm during the ordeal and didn't do anything wrong. He could tell that I was trying to keep the Aura from becoming a full blown Grand Mal in front of the woman. His testimony was ignored by the judge. No matter what, I was this horrible person because I have Epilepsy.
This happened 5 years ago. We have our son back and he is doing very well. We ended up becoming friends with the foster family and they have gone out of their way to help us over the years. There was one year after we got our son back that they helped us get gas for the propane tank that heated the mobile home we lived in. I called her up and asked if Trevor could stay the night because I had to deal with our home being 23 degrees inside. I didn't expect what came from that call. They called the company they used for propane and had them meet at our home. They asked if I was sure I wanted to stay in there, and I said "someone needs to make sure this place is defrosted and the pipes unfreeze." They told me that they would check on me to make sure I was ok. That is a very rare thing you see. They didn't care about the money, they just wanted to make sure we were safe. They gave us 2 weeks worth of Propane and when I told them I would pay them back, they declined. They told me it was a gift to have me and my son in their lives, no matter how we came into it.

I never really understood what you said about the children NOT belonging to the parent, they belong to the government until I went to court with my friend who had been railroaded by CPS. She said "These children ARE my property and I want them back", the judge, the workers and all the other nasty bitches in court all laughed, they even said "Oh you think they are "your" property"? They actually said that. Now I understand what you meant by that statement.
When you gave birth you filled out for a birth certificate and they put a lovely note in the newspaper saying you and your husband had a lil boy or girl. well what actually happen is you became an informant on your child saying that he or she is the actual person on the birth certificate and the Vatican had the hospital get you to fill out that contract which is like a deed to a house and the vatican actually held your placenta hostage putting notice in the newspaper for anybody to claim this child and you not knowing to claim your placenta never questioned it nor to claim to your deed so it went unclaimed and the rights of that child became the popes. now he got a certificate of live birth for that which is nothing but a bond and he now has that bond on the market and is making money off of it. Now all this is based off merry time. The Law of the seas and now you have been claimed dead. The certificate is good for 75 yrs. that is how long they expect you to work. How it all got started was back in 1943 The U.S. went bankrupt. They had to come up with a way to pay the bill back and well we were all sold into slavery and our certificates are collateral. none of our children belong to us. They are the Govts. You see we have been tricked, Why do you think if you were born here in the United States of America do we have to be citizens? Because back in 1943 when all this happend the only way to get money is you had to be a corporate entity so they formed D.C. and it is it's own country separate from the United States of America. See D.C. only has jurisdiction of a ten mile radius around D.C.. It has no control over the 52 States but you can't tell because the American People are just handing it over to them. So you are not of The United States of America but of The United States and thats why they don't care about our rights because they don't belong to us but The People of the U.S.A. So your child is not yours but only to babysit cause they don't wanna be bothered plus you have been claimed dead anyways. They have to have jurisdiction and they don't. People need to challenge jurisdiction. The courts are based on merrytime law and not common law. They can not touch us under common law. but most people don't know that and just sign and the moment you do that you gave them jurisdiction. The laws they go by only apply to those that work for the Govt only not the People. They have no oaths. No law enforcement officer has sworn to the right oath and he does not have the right to do his job duties. We do not have to a liscence to travel nor register our cars when you do that you just signed it over to them. Nor do we need insurance. The moment you sign up for any of that then you gave them jurisdiction and possession over your property. It is a messed up Govt and thats the reason I denounced my citizenship to the U.S. and filed a UCC 1 and took back my birth certificate and it is insured for 2000000000.00 and that has to be paid me if they try to claim another cent of my money. The birth certificate has value because for doing what they did all americans are supposed to have all our bills paid. That was the promise of the U.S. Thats why you get charge offs because it comes from your acct. google it or look it up on You Tube.
