Your 15 minutes video put it all together for me for my final semester. I had been so confused with the whole hemodynamics concept. Thank you so much and may you be blessed.

Wow! Thank you for explaining this so well! I have a really hard time staying focused but your video was so interesting and so clear that I was a little disappointed that it came to an end. Instructors such as yourself are rare and incredibly valuable. Please keep making videos!

The energy you bring in... just about is the main factor that just pierces the hot topics into our overwhelmed brains. Thank you professor for showing us that it's always a piece of cake! It's about simplifying the tough stuff ....

Oh my gosh if my professors would teach the way you do, I would not be struggling! Truly, the way you implement Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Cruise, that is how my brain is wired.. I need context.. Not someone regurgitating what the textbook says and giving no context.. Please make more videos I am in Block 4 and I need as many videos from you as I can get! LOL

I’m still not clear on NTG to lower preload. If NTG dilates the vessels going into the right atrium, doesn’t that mean more blood passes through, hence increase ventricular filling? Wouldn’t that increase preload even more?

Can you help me understand--ACE inhibitor used reduce afterload would also reduce preload, correct? Wouldn't reducing preload be unhelpful for the patient who needs reduced afterload? I know there is something here I'm not understanding yet. :)
