This means that first year doctors sign contracts with big hospitals and medical foundations not fully knowing how and why they are being paid, so they grow to feel like they are being "used" and taken advantage of by the system.
Meanwhile, established doctors often get too complacent and passive when it comes to negotiating better deals for themselves. The end result: doctors are not being compensated as fairly as they could be.

is it possible to credential before having office space. hate to have a space and no patients to pay :)
Most insurance companies and medicare will ask you where you see patients before credentialing you, which is why you must have physical space first.
