Understand this is NOT a microphone pickup. Its a humbucker. But its powerful and you dont have to modify any guitar drastically to put it in. I put one on a dobro. Dosent sound anything like a dobro but it kicks butt. I stuck one on a parlor guitar for slide blues and again it rocks. The two high strings will be louder than the rest. Use a compressor and that evens them out better. Bottom line. I love this pickup.
Yes man I have the same issue on my regal tricone... The b string sounds so much louder than the others.. Rather than the compressor could you suggest me some other options to balance more the guitar sound? Thanks in advance.

@@isaksuzzi9396 if you use acoustic strings only the b and e are getting microphoned ,try putting some electric guitar strings on it !
